Since 9:00am wey I don leave NYSC portal dey monitor una comments 4here mk I see weda two or more go like "Thank God I've printed my CUL", still nothing like dat. Maybe I go just comot mind and eye from this matter.
I don tire for this people. Since 12:01am, dm no fit upload even one CUL.
