A friend has his interview for visa renewal in Lagos on Oct 2nd and he has still not been called to collect his passport. His current status on his CEAC profile is "Application Received". He has tried calling and sending emails but no one is explaining why it is taking so long. Has anyone experienced this before? If yes, how long did it take ? How did you sort it out? Thanks!

He has checked and it had been stuck on "Application Received" for a month. Does any one have any idea or has anyone seen this before?

We have tried calling and sending emails but no one has been helpful. Has anyone seen this before, any suggestions on what can be done? I am getting very worried about it.
