A wildlife expert, Paul Rosolie has agreed to be eaten alive by an anaconda for a Discovery Channel show.

Paul is going to put on a ‘snake-proof’ suit and then let himself be ‘eaten alive’ by an anaconda. A jaw-dropping stunt will be shown in a TV programme made by Discovery that’s going to air in early December. The promotional page on Discovery’s website simply says: “Naturalist and wildlife filmmaker Paul Rosolie enters the belly of an anaconda in a custom-built snake-proof suit.”

Paul Rosolie is a naturalist, author, and award-winning wildlife filmmaker who has specialized in the western Amazon for nearly a decade. He is known for his love to putting himself into dangerous situations. He has previously travelled with poachers into the jungle to document the illegal trade in endangered species but also does a lot of work with anacondas in the Amazon, which are under threat from hunting and habitat destruction.

Anacondas are very large snakes found in South America. The snakes eat a wide variety of animals including fish, birds, deer, crocodiles and tapirs. Once the prey is subdued they will try and swallow it whole. There are a few cases where anacondas have attacked people involved in researching the snakes – even a medium-sized anaconda of around 3.5 metres would be strong enough to overpower a human.

Did you know she recently tweeted something many thought was a sub at Stella Damasus and could have been done in your support?
I didn’t know. I didn’t see it either, I only heard about it. I feel my marriage is a past issue. Everybody has gone their separate ways and life goes on. I don’t dwell in my past, I (focus on) the future and the very one that is right before me.

Do you think she was right to have done that, if she did?
Like I said before, I don’t want to dwell in my past. That’s why I don’t reply comments from fans, friends and colleagues about the issue. Time is money for me. I wouldn’t waste it on anything

The Nation Newspaper recently reported that some armed men visited your ex-husband’s residence in Abuja and demanded to see him and Stella Damasus. Are you worried about the safety of your son?
I am hearing this story for the second time, not that I know anything about it other than that my child is well and good. I have my problems, they have theirs.

When last did you see your child?
I’m his mother. I know he is well and good.

But do you sometimes wish you and Daniel Ademinokan never separated?
Like I said before, life goes on. Whatever happens in life, its either we learn from it or we dwell on it. If you learn from it, you move forward, which is what I am doing. I am facing my businessand my family, especially because of my duty as a celebrity in the society.

Does moving forward insinuate your plans to get married anytime soon?
It could happen. I might say it won’t and then I meet a man and fall in love with him and wish I didn’t say that. I’m not God. I don’t know what will happen in the next minute. It might, it might not.

Is there a possibility of you both getting back together?
I don’t dwell in the past. Its history and I don’t want to talk about it anymore.

How true is the story that both of your parents never supported the union?
I need to ask people where they get their stories from.

Are you then saying the union had the blessings of both of your parents?
No comment, because I said I don’t want to talk about it

Since the break up, you haven’t given your side of the story. Don’t you think it is high time you told your fans the truth about it so as to curb the many assumptions there are?
I think my fans should focus more on the positive things I am doing in society and what I’m doing for myself and them. I’m well and alive, so is my son and of course, my ex [husband]. That alone is enough to thank God for.

Are you both legally divorced?
We are still in court.

So technically, you both are a still a couple?
Legally, yes

Soul E’s romance with Queen Ure is one subject that many people will not forget in a hurry. Although both parties have moved on with their lives after their highly celebrated relationship crashed seven years ago, the former appears to be the most affected. Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson has been forced to respond to rumors that she has been bleaching her skin. The rumors, fueled by her ever lightening skin complexion has been airing for nearly a year but the mention of her name by a US website, Atlanta Blackstar as one of 15 black celebrities believed to be whitening their skin, moved Miss Nelson to give a response. In a statement released this morning, the Ghanaian actress is alleged to have claimed that though her skin complexion has lightened over the years, it has absolutely nothing to do with skin bleaching.

She said: “My present skin tone is as a result of the constant use of the famous Queen Elizabeth Cocoa Butter. About 3 years ago, I was fortunate enough to secure a deal to be the "Face of Queen Elizabeth Cocoa Butter" and as part of the contract, I was given a lifetime supply of the body cream. Weighing around 100gm and with a price tag of $3,800, the soap dubbed "Qatar Royal Soap" with the word "Qatar" in Arabic inscribed on it, is being dedicated to Qatar and its great achievements in many fields, especially in winning the bid to host the FIFA 2022 World Cup.

Khan Al-Saboun Bader Hassoun and Sons chairman Dr Bader Hassoun explained that the soap was specially made for royalty aside being beneficial for the skin due to its natural and organic contents.

Beyonce’s newly released video has been described as one of her raunchiest ever. Not only did she show off her post baby body, she stripped off in a couple of videos particularly in the video for Partition. Speaking in another documentary snippet about the album, she reveals why she took the plunge:

"I was very aware of the fact that I was showing my body. I was 195 pounds when I gave birth. I lost 65 pounds. I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body. I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back.

I know that there's so many women that feel the same thing after they give birth. The King of Pop's youngest child, whose real name is Prince Michael Jackson II, has created and written a five-episode online animated series titled "Kill Them All", according to a report in the Daily Star. An expert contacted by the Daily Star call the four-minute films "deeply disturbing".
The project is described as "a silent stick-man action animation about a nameless boy who witnesses his father’s murder and 12 years later, begins a one-man crusade to kill the people responsible".

In 2011 Dr Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the June 5, 2009 death of MIchael Jackson. A jury found that Murray administered a lethal dose of the anesthetic Propofol to Jackson, who was 50 when he died.

“Given the unique and well-known circumstances of Michael Jackson’s death, his son’s revenge theme in his cartoon series should be a cause for concern,” psychiatrist Carl Nelsen tells the Daily Star.

Miley Cyrus has taken "provocative" to a whole new level in her latest nearly naked video, "Adore You." In the Rankin-directed video (Future, Sky Ferreira), Miley is seen lying in a bed wearing nude-colored underwear. She writhes around under white sheets while she films herself touching herself. Probably his biggest hit ever, Olamide’s casual delivery on this Mr Pheelz produced number blew his career beyond boarders.

Although, most of these albums, sincerely we will never get to know due to poor promotion, marketing and distribution but there were a few of them that did stand out.

1. Iyanya vs Desire - Iyanya

Iyanya’s long awaited sophomore release didn’t disappoint – we knew what to expect; unrepentant Pop/dance songs with not much lyrical content. Five powerful singles produced by DeeTunes and a few other picks was all Iyanya’s album needed to pull the much desired comeback. It probably sold the most too.

2. Once Upon A Time - Tiwa Savage

Definitely the most anticipated debut album of the year, after months of push backs, Tiwa finally released the LP – a blend of beautiful vocals, lyrics and impressive instrumentation. ‘Once Upon a Time’ has officially become the go-to album for any Nigerian female act who plans to drop her own project.

3. Jagz Nation Vol 1: Thy Album Come - Jesse Jagz

M.I’s younger brother won many converts to his rebel movement with this near-classic sophomore release. How can we describe this? Try picturing the rapper boarding a time machine propelling him into the future, only to return with this body of work. This album which blended Hip-Hop, Reggae and Ragga music in one body couldn’t have been made in 2013. #FutureMusic

4. Merchants, Dealers and Slaves - Brymo

Brymo’s third album had no commercial sales as label squabbles saw its release restricted to only iTunes. Nevertheless, the potency of the album is so strong that it’ll make any relevant album list for the next decade. Brymo’s story board, lyricism and live band instrumentation are the key factors that earned him his first classic.

5. RnBW - Banky W

After a solo hiatus, Mr Capable returned with his fourth solo album which, as the name suggests, was a blend of slow and mid-tempo joints. Banky showed of his understanding of music, writing prowess and calmness at a point where the biggest act on his label was threating to walk away.

6. Alaga Ibile - Reminisce

Reminisce’s second album can be best described as a second-first impression. It was almost like he wanted to erase our thoughts on his lacklustre debut and honestly he did. With major production from Sossick and Sarz, Reminisce was able to make a very impressive blend of club bangers and street anthems.

7. Words Aren't Just Enough - Waje

After stalling for a billion years, R&B singer Waje finally released her debut album and captivated us with her superior vocals. The LP was candid, honest and emotional. The stand out song of the album is the Cobhams-produced ‘No be u‘ – the best female recording we've heard in a long while.

8. D'banj Presents D'King's Men - DB Records

D’banj gathered his consortium of singers and producers for his first release in five years and without former label collaborator Don Jazzy. The verdict? D’banj is still king. With three international acts Snoop Lion, Kanye West and Big Sean on the album, plus an impressive performance from younger brother KaySwitch, Banga Lee remains on top of the world.

9. 200 Million Mumu (The Bitter Truth) - Lagbaja

The masked man’s ninth studio album is vintage Lagbaja. His writing, arrangement, great narration, and production make the LP a pleasurable listening experience. Add that to his sarcasm and humour as he sings about the ills of the Nigerian society.

10. L.I.F.E (Leaving An Impact For Eternity) - Burna Boy

‘Burna ranking’ didn’t waste any time dropping his debut album with included some chart topping hits like the Afrobeat inspired ‘Run my race’, ‘Like to party’ and ‘Tonight’. As at when ‘tungba’ music is at an all-time high, the 14-track album can be defined as a tool of reformation.

11. Me, My Mouth And Eye - Sound Sultan

His sixth album in his 14 year on the microphone, Sound Sultan displays a gamut of styles that highlights his dexterity and shows off his writing skills. The 20 track LP is just like his music career, crafted in a way that can stand the test of time and be relevant in today’s market.

12. Baddest Guy Ever Liveth - Olamide

We were all surprised when Olamide announced he would drop a new album in 2013 making him the second rapper to release a studio LP in the space of 12 months. #BGEL did sound below par compared to his critically acclaimed ‘YBNL’ sophomore but huge props goes to Olamide as we can’t think of another artiste who can go this hard.

Martial arts superstar Jet Li is battling hyperthyroidism. The Chinese action movie star reveals his health issue during the taping of a Chinese talent show where he is judging. "I have hyperthyroidism, sometimes I'd lose 15 kilograms, sometimes I'd gain 15 kilograms," he says.

"I'm really fat right now. That's a fact. And I haven't had a chance to slim down, because the medication I am taking controls my heart rate, so I cannot exercise," he continues. "I'll wait until the doctor says I can do simple exercises before slimming down." The martial arts actor, 50, is determined to beat the illness, "I have brilliant days when I am at my best, as well as days when I question whether I can still continue working. I can be in pain, but I cannot cry, and must face it head on."

"I'm just a regular guy, I'm not Wong Fei Hung, I'm not Huo Yuan Jia," the actor continues, referring to the kung fu heroes he portrays on films, "I'm not a hero. I'm just like you." He adds, "I'm in pain, but I'm not suffering. I'm happy." Jet Li will reprise his role as Yin Yang, a hand-to-hand combat expert, in Sylvester Stallone's "The Expendables 3".
