I would have said that the infinix s4 is better only in camera but the redmi 7 supports gcam making it far better than the infinix s4

Good morning fellow nairalanders, it seems like since the beginning of this week my Sim doesn't show signal or network
I tried changing location and phone yet nothing changed but my sister's Airtel still works fine. Mine is also Airtel.
I saw a post this morning about NCC deactivating sims with improper registration but I registered my sim properly
Or could it be the reason ?
If yes does anyone have any solution to it?

And yes redmi 7 will receive android 10

And the only reason o don't like a20 is that camera if not I would have gone for it

1: I laugh at you, Redmi comes with snapdragon 632 which garnered over 100k points on antutu while a20 garnered below 100k so Redmi is a great performer. SD 632 comes with 14 nm processor compared to 4nm processor but considering the chipset translating to SD is more capable and battery efficient. You claim fast charging but doesn't come with a certified qualcomm fast charger so what is the essence.

2: Gcam greatly improves the Redmi 7 camera better than the rest.thank God you acknowledge that .A20 has worse camera from reviews.

3: with the right platform you could sell Redmi 7 better. Like here in nairaland.

4: How can a poor chipset and nm processor give birth to better . I refer to point no. 1

5: Redmi 7 is also getting android 10 Q2 of next year.

6: Redmi is cost effective because it has gorilla glass 5 and not expensive to repair like the a20

Conclusion: come to the brighter side of life a good product sells itself.

1: Samsung A20 outperforms both Hauwei n Xiaomi in terms of performance and battery and it has fast charging with USB Type C, the rest is Micro USB without fast charging

2: Hauwei beats both of them in terms of lowlight photography, but on par with Samsung in Daylight,you need gcam to being out the good stuff in redmi 7 cam

3: Samsung and Hauwei has higher Reselling Value than Xiaomi

4: For Gaming the A20 beats both of em

And I heard the A20 is getting Android 10

And I'm not also a fan of huawei but I love Samsung and xiaomi yes the a20 might beat the redmi 7 with type -c ,amoled, brand name ,slightly better camera but not in performance cause the Qualcomm 632 with 14nm really beat the exynos 7884 with 28nm and we all know that the performance determines every other specs and it also introduces gcam to redmi 7making it better than the a20 in camera department but I'll still opt for redmi note 7

I don't own A50, (planning to get one two weeks from now) but I have done lots of research about the phone....here's what I found

First all Samsung high class phones come with 128GB ROM, A50 got same.
All Samsung high class phones support 1TB Memory Card, A50 support it too
All future phones come with under display finger print, A50 got it
You will hardly see Techno or Infinix phones which support 1GB Memory Card or the one with under display finger print because the technology is beyond their reach......lol

Now, most of the YouTube videos I've watched where other phones where compared with A50, its performance was far above most phones of is price range. (I don't want to mentioned phones brands that was compared with it)

Furthermore haven't u notice all the Techno, Infinix and Xiaomi boys on nairaland had never compared their phones with A50? They rather compared with A20 or A30 which mean they all know the A50 isn't their class......lol

This is just my finding, u can do urs too before u buy. I'm not a marketer. As I said earlier, am hoping to get mind in two weeks time. I hope Mizik might have brought the price to 85k by then....lol

No offense but xiaomi should be excluded from your list cause many xiaomi phones beat the a50 I agree for Tecno and infinix

I use samsung A20, my brother uses redmi 7(2GB RAM variant) and my sis uses Hauwei Y7 prime all bought around thesame time. Personally i'd recommend the Samsung to you cause when it comes to battery it's on par with the Hauwei buh the Redmi is behind them in almost all departments.
As for the front facing camera, when it comes to low light or night selfies the Hauwei is better buh in well lit environments the A20 is better; the samsung also out-performs the Hauwei in the rear camera department.

In general, the Samsung is just better than the others, in battery, camera, performance, customizability (lol, dunno if that's a word, buh u gerrit), class and prestige etc...
Finally, my advice is for you to go for the Samsung A20, it's the best among the 3

The a20 have a very bad processor and camera while the redmi 7 even support gcam
But I'll advice you to go for the redmi note 7 its even cheaper than the a20 and huawei but still offers better features
