Bro please I have a package that was sent from USA through usps . The package got to Nigeria on the 17th of November . It has been saying processed through customs . Up till now . Please why can i do about it . The package is suppose to come to Benin city

A parcel can take up to 30 days to pass thru Customs. Are you sure the parcel is insured?...I doubt if USPS insure pigs to Nigeria...they usually don't to countries where par els often vanish.

it was insured bro. Even when I track it on USPS site it shows it's insured

please someone should help me . my parcel has been showing processed through a facility in Nigeria since on the 29th of april 2019 up till now . the parcel was sent through usps priority mail and it was insured too on 22th of april it got to Nigeria on 28th. ive called nipost more than 10 times all they keep telling me is that its with custom that i should wait that they will clear it and then it will be delivered to the final destination. they keep repeating thesame thing and telling me to keep waiting , its been over two weeks now since it got to Nigeria. any help please

Hello please I need assistance on what to do. An iPhone 7 was sent to me through USPS from usa. The iPhone 7 is refurbished , it contain it's pack and screen gaurd too. It arrived Lagos since on 29th of April 2019. When I tracked it on USPS site it said departed mortala Mohamed airport. The last update says processed through a facility in Nigeria since on 29th of April. I went to the post office here in Benin because I'm suppose to receive it in Benin city. They said it's with custom. Please what should I do.
