In respect to your first link at least they said they can't admit more than 5000 people but did they tell you their actual admission space and how do you know it's less than 3000. For your second link there is no information about 60:40 undergraduate postgraduate. The thing there is that ui cc is up to 5000 take it or leave it. How the space is shared between undergraduate and postgraduate that I may not know. Or is ui not run by Fed Govt of Nigeria again? The point I want u to make here is that ui can't admit up to 3000 or maybe up to 5000 undergraduate students that doesn't mean that their cc is not up to 5000. Let's keep sentiments aside.
