Donfamous: its better u know d way already so as to channel ur energy towards a source. Even those that dint choose it as first choice in d first batch were neither picked nor given another course despite d fact that they even pass more than us ( wella) so what will u say about that.? Where as those that dint choose them in jamb for bio chemistry, micro biology etc were admitted as long as u pass.
Well that's what I heard (about medicine that if u don't choose them on jamb ur chances are so slim and those chances are in d first batch exam) but they might change their mind later cos the heart of a king belongs to God and he directs them to whatseoever he pleases. So says the bible.

He's nothing asking about being First Choice or whatever , so the answer is YES . Now , your status may now speaks your chances whether you are first Choice or whatever . Hmmm....My brother , based on Experience , Biochemistry is far more better than anatomy or physiology . What we students don't know is that anatomy and physiology are just paramedical courses . And in terms of career , they can only be appreciated in hospitals and lecturing . And mind you , it will be General hospitals because no private hospital we employ an anatomist or physiologist when A medical doctor can do 70% of their work . But as for Biochemistry or Microbiologist , they can be appreciated in many field of career . In Beverage industry , oil company , agriculture (like IITA ) , even in pharmaceutical company and hospitals . And I guessed you are a medical aspirant . I mean you intend to study medicine ? Above all , Bro . PRAY .

coded80: On my visit to 1 of d boss at lasu admission office today to meet him whether he can help a guy who score 44, he said the registrar recent order them not to admit any candidate with 44 or below as to enable aspirant participate in d 2nd pume which the form will be out next week according to him.he also said they will be having meeting with d registrar next week as to decide whether to consider some aspirant who are close to d cutoff mark or not,but if the registrar refuse dat means there wont be any admission list still 2nd pume,he also said the current student will soon start their 1st semester exam so the 2nd pume may be after their exam but d form will be out by next week,he also said lasu has admitted 1248 candidate of d initial 3000+
he said the following course may not be available for the 2nd pume as lasu as admitted the maximum quota
*political science
*medicine&surgery
*microbiology
*dentistry
*law
*islamic&common law
*physiology
*biochemistry
note=he said they may not be available and he never said they will not be available for d 2nd pume.
From the above course there are alternative for those who want to study them
for example
political science=political science education is available for u.
law=philosophy,history and international studies,english,mass communication,sociology are available for u.
Medicine/microbiology/biochemistry/physiology/dentistry=physical&health education,chemistry education,biology education,zoology,health education,botany,chemistry are available for u

*the 2nd pume form will be out next week at d rate of #2000
*the cutoff still remain 45%
*priority will be given to candidate who choose lasu as 1st choice
*the jamb cutoff mark may increase to 200 for those that didnt choose lasu
*the recent "supplementary list 1" may be d last admission list for the 1st pume
*there may still be 3rd pume if lasu is unable to fill its admission space with the 2nd pume
*some course which is highly demanded in d 2nd pume may increase to 50% as the cutoff mark

People with less Than a mark no admission while people with Improper shading that nobody know their score is being given Admission

coded80: don't Know o because the others supplementary Are not base on merit so don't be surprise when u see someone with lower score than u on d list. Even dis just Release List was not 100% merit because I can see some people tag with “Improper shading” on d list, don't Know how they did it
