Job Title: Associate Counsel
Job Location: Lagos Island, Nigeria

Job Summary:

Review Contracts from clients and ensure to provide quality services and general assistance towards execution of appropriate contractual and commercial terms and conditions to best serve and protect Company's interests.

*Qualification and Experience:*

* Minimum of 3-5 years’ post call experience

* BL and LLB, (LLM added advantage)

*Minimum of Second Class Upper (2'1) both in Law school and University.

* Preferred candidate should have experience working as a legal associate in a law firm.

* Experience in commercial law, litigation, including contracts drafting.

* Ability to interpret and analyze the law and the legal issues.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to take good decisions based on the law are essential.

* Must be well organized and attention to details.

* Must be a team player.

* Female candidates would be given more preference for gender balance.
