A lot of this happened during DPR 2016 recruitment exercise. In fact that's exactly what they do. Most of the people recruited were those that didn't even apply at all.

If ones application gets rejected but is using connect, is it Possible they will still be taken as regards NCDMB

I doubt it’s skills Cos I applied for someone and picked like 6, maybe he should select expert and intermediate with more years

I can't believe what I just saw in my WhatsApp just now... I turned up my WhatsApp, and I saw my connects message, he barely message me, so I felt it was good news. I opened it and it was an image, it took time to load coz of my poor network. My heart was panting, could it be my appointment letter? Or any indication of such? I was dazed, my hands were just drenched and couldn't lift itself for some minutes...
