My brother, it flows downward at Firs. An entry level is 10, AM is 9, deputy Mgr is 8 in that orders. So in their employment letter a senior manager I think is 4 or 5, so as it is going downward so the higher the position. Note that the next promotion from officer 1 or 2 is AM, u may need to confirm from people that work there. An Assistant Manager at FIRS is a typical level 9 officer at a ministry. If an AM offer is given it may not necessarily be an experience hire but because that person is a professional specifically a chartered accountants. It is notable to see people getting ICAN certificate before getting their HND or BSc, these people normally do not have work experience or getting the certification immediately after graduation without experience. What do you think that Firs will offer them. Which level of approvals have they gotten because there are different stages and approval processes in govt agencies as stated below. kkkp:This is how it works in sterling, a DSE is converted to ERSO that is emerging retail sales officer for 6 months probation. The person is converted base on performance to a sales associate from sales associate to sales executive then to sales officer. An ET in sterling is after passing through some months of training and if u are successful u will be given ET then ET to SE to BO. Though the ERSO is not a core staff as u rightly said but it is a transit stuff just for 6 months. The salary as ERSO is 176k monthly Note that sales associate which supposed to be equivalent to ET does not earn the same salary. I just confirmed a DSE is now 86k plus commision monthly. I know princess' sister will get the job and she will get a clearer information. GTBank is during a similar thing too in their operations space. |
kkkp:It is not a contract, it is actually Emerging Retail Sales Officer most often a DSE- direct sales officer which is a contract job is converted to this level if he/she consistently meets expectation for a long time let say 2yrs. If he or she is extra ordinary performing they will swiftly be converted because the bank pays a DSE on percentage base on the deposit brought, though there is a fixed pay of like 50k monthly. A DSE could be given a target of monthly deposit on a growing target of 5m. It means the target after six months is 6 multiply by 5m that is 30m. A DSE is paid fixed monthly Sal of 50k plus the commission on the deposit brought. Just imagine if the person brought 2billion, the DSE could earn close to 5m monthly if not more than that. |
