If you bought it newly, and it stopped working after two months, then you should try to get the store to repair it, unless, of course, you didn't have a warranty. There is a lesson here: we should try to buy from places where we can get warranties. If Vincent isn't helpful, then I can talk to a fellow who could also help out. |
We have listed the popular fast food restaurants? So, which of these would you prefer to eat at? And why? What is the highest amount of money you ever spent in your favourite fast food restaurant? Even as the restaurant may be your favourite, what would you like changed there? |
What, really, is "minimum amount of money?" You currently live in Ogun State, I believe. Is this where you are also operating out from? Going on the Internet and all that? If that is true, then stick to Ogun State. Life appears to be easier and saner out there. And, I believe there are some housing schemes that the current Ogun State Government has created that you could benefit from. Rent is even cheaper in Ogun State than Lagos State. Pollution (of all types - noise, environmental) is even less in Ogun State. I think in whatever you do, ensure that you create for yourself a place where you can balance your professional life with your personal life. If you love reading, then create place in the pad that will give you absolute reading comfort. For security, you know God is the greatest protector but you too can help by observing some simple security rules. Lock your door at all times. Have a peep hole (this may not be the correct term for this) - when someone is at the door, at least you will see the person before you open the door. Have door bells. Have burglar proofs. Don't move into a house with only one door for entrance and exit. Why not, you can insure your property. By the way, a lot of the banks these days allow you to buy some of the household goods now and pay later. Bank PHP has a scheme called "Possibilities." First Bank has one called U First. There is nothing wrong in talking with them, even if you don't end up going through that route. |

University of Nigeria has an M Sc Public Relations programme. I think it is the Enugu Campus. Is this for you? If so, what is your current qualification? And do you have a current job in PR or advertising? |
A friend's wife studied German. If there is anyone who knows anywhere such a graduate is needed, please post it. And, the lady is highly efficient. She did some fantastic things in Ikorodu where she served. She sunk some boreholes in the community. |
Will be a tough call to get a decent 3 bedroom flat in Surulere at this price. You should be looking at a two bedroom flat. Would try to get you a phone number of a nice estate agent. In the next 48 hours. |
