Talke it to d computer shop , maybe they can find a way around dat password lock for u.u can also try googlinmg or asking on one of those international websites for computer issues, some of these IT geeks may suggest something faster than what it might take our local computer guys to solve.

What is wrong with you. How can you format what you are complaining about. Format it and that laptop becomes yours for life, you don't know if the laptop has any other problem, be patient, you paid a new laptop, the owe you one.

there facebook page is not active. i have called and sent numerous emails so i can av an update on d retrieval team but no response. d laptop has been lying stagnant in its carton 4 more than a week... i dont really know wat else 2 do. am soo pained
