hello friends... can u imagine i ordered 4 a brand new laptop from jumia, but what i got after tearing it out frm its packaging is a laptop dat is already secured with a password which its username is Aaron. these is a laptop dat i recieved by going all d way 2 dhl 2 recieve, after waiting 4 a whole a week, and this is a laptop dat i also paid 4 its delivery 2 my doorstep. friends i av called jumia and wat dey told me is dat dey will b sending a retrieval team which is taking almost a week now 2 arrive, and i was told dat wasnt d end dat d laptop wud b taking 2 dia office which myt b lag or abj 2 verify my claim b4 considering sending me a replacement, meanwhile i reside in asaba. dear friend am in serious pains due 2 jumia's wicked and heartless services.. please i seriously need ur advices on this issue becos d purpose of my purchase of dat laptop have since been gone. thank u all.
