Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can act as a key support person in the business by handling calls professionally, responding to customer enquiries promptly, following up with leads and clients, supporting sales and marketing activities, managing projects effectively, and helping drive business growth through digital marketing efforts.

This is a multi-skilled role, so we need someone who is confident, resourceful, organised, and able to work independently while delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication
• Answer incoming calls professionally and represent the company well
• Respond to customer enquiries quickly via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Follow up with new and existing clients
• Handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and professionally
• Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and followed up properly

Client Chasing & Follow-Up
• Chase clients for feedback, approvals, payments, and pending decisions
• Follow up on quotations sent to prospects
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to build strong relationships
• Ensure no enquiry or opportunity is left unattended

Sales & Business Development
• Convert enquiries into paying customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
• Reach out to potential clients and generate business leads
• Support the company’s efforts in winning new business
• Assist in building sales strategies to improve conversion rates

Marketing & Digital Marketing
• Support marketing campaigns to attract more customers
• Help manage social media pages and online presence
• Assist with email marketing and customer outreach campaigns
• Create or coordinate promotional content
• Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements
• Help strengthen the company’s brand visibility online

Project Management & Operations Support
• Coordinate tasks and ensure projects are followed through efficiently
• Track ongoing client requests, bookings, and deadlines
• Help manage workflows and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Work with the team to improve systems, response time, and service delivery
• Provide regular updates and reports to management

Requirements
