Role Overview We are looking for someone who can act as a key support person in the business by handling calls professionally, responding to customer enquiries promptly, following up with leads and clients, supporting sales and marketing activities, managing projects effectively, and helping drive business growth through digital marketing efforts. This is a multi-skilled role, so we need someone who is confident, resourceful, organised, and able to work independently while delivering excellent results.
