I am writing this open letter to you as a result of what happened last night (20/10/2020) at Lekki toll gate and the killing of unarmed peaceful protesters at Wuse Abuja. I believe that Nigerians will like to know why police men that were at both scenes did not react positivity. Nigerians will also like to know what you are doing about this. Do we have forensics specialists at all in this country? why don't you deploy your men to find the hoodlums as fast as possible? This guys are illiterate and I can bet they don't know how how to cover their foot prints. I must say that we are disappointed in your work, we have been protesting peacefully and now we are been killed and you did not bother to put your boys into action.
What is taking you so long to put a hundred percent end to SARS? how many times do you want Nigerians to tell you that we are not interested in SWAT. We do not want them special again, they have done no good to us but instead harm. They raped and are still raping our girls (only God knows if they are not going to rape DJ switch), they killed our youths and are still killing, they robbed us, they damaged us emotionally and psychologically (hope you have not forgotten how they have molested many celebrities on their way to show e.g brodda shaggi), they invade our privacy by gaining access by force into our phones, they accused us without proof, they collected tons of bribe. The SUV that carried those hoodlums at Wuse has a plate number on it, they are hundreds of Videos on the social media clearly showing the faces of this hoodlums - are this not enough for you and your boys to catch this persons? Tell me why will Nigeria youths not run away to other countries. What was done to George Floyd is a small case compared to what security operatives did yesterday night, oh what a horrible sight. Did you see that volume of blood? This is our fathers land we are going to fight for it now. It is now or never! And this is a battle of no retreat and no surrender!!
I kindly beg you to end SARS so that we will have peace of mind in the land of our ancestors and if you think this is beyond the elastic limit for you then kindly resign.
