PoliticsRe: Peace Gradually Returning To Nigeria After Nearly 2 Decades by Temidayo9(m): 5:05pm On Jul 19
youngEmelex:
Since 2009, Nigeria has experienced a wave of attacks from BokoHaram. There was no single weekend when you don't see news about attacks on newspaper headlines. So many communities were deserted and IDP camps saw heavy influx of people weekly. There were records of IED explosions, attack on military camps, schools, churches, mosque and markets. Crises also broke out in the middle belt where farming communities came under serious attacks by Fulani militia. This resulted to a Christian genocide claim because most of those farming communities were predominantly Christians. Meanwhile, border communities of lake Chad and Cameroon were the worst hit by BokoHaram insurgent groups. With the efforts of USA government which offered intelligence and Nigerian soldiers boots on the ground, ISWAP was heavily bombarded which caused the group to be completely decimated. Also, bandit leaders in Zamfara were also targeted and they suffered heavily casualties which resulted in collapse of their strong holds. Now, you can read newspaper headlines without seeing reports of attacks in any state of the country as opposed to how it was years ago. As peace returns to Nigeria, the government should make sure they eradicate poverty completely and occupy all ungoverned spaces. State Police should also be created without any further delays
What is the evidence to support this good news?
This is what we have been waiting to read , may God bless Nigeria.

The whole brouhaha still baffled me, just increment of 20k for final exam (WAEC/NECO). meanwhile these same students can afford 50k settlement for invigilators during the exam. It is a pity.

Just imagining the number of graduates that would have been gainfully employed, the suppliers, economic value chain, the breadwinners and even revenue generation that did not happen because the factory was allowed to die and rot
Thankfully, some companies of even higher magnitude have been established to replace this moribond factory. e.g Golden diamond industrial manufacturing limited, one of the biggest ceramic factory in Africa.

TravelRe: How Long Does It Take To Apply For And Receive A New Passport? by Temidayo9(m): 5:18pm On May 07
SmartPolician:
I did it for someone online and she got an immediate date for her capturing. The entire process (including pickup) doesn't exceed 2 - 3 months.

I don't know if they have changed it now because that was last year. The minister of interior did a very good job in that area.
That's way too long, after capturing, your passport should be ready in 5 working days.

PoliticsRe: Loopholes In The New Electoral Law by Temidayo9(m): 9:44am On Apr 26

1, this government didn't appeal to voters that didn't vote them in the last election.

2, this government have not gain any new area of electorate

3. this government have lost it former area of voting strength

i don't know or see where they intend to gather imaginary votes from?

as far a peter obi is there. this government is going no where.

only Peter Obi is the stumbling block.
With all this question highlighted above, my concern is who will be a better alternative to Tinubu come 2027? I bet you Nigerian will be more confused on who to vote for as people intend to contest are perceived to be terrible than than the man we detest at the moment.
