Greg007:
Do you download the app or through normal browser?

Download the Opera VPN via play store. Access offerup.com through your regular browser e.g Google chrome (after selecting Netherlands)

What If someone does not use Facebook , how do I authenticate opening a profile there ? Thanks

My first account had that issue of phone number verification even after linking it to my Facebook account.

So what I did was to delete my offerup app and register another account using another email address (through offerup.com on google chrome on my android). Since then it has never asked me for phone number verification.

Hennyola:
Yes, you can search, ask(start a conversation) as well as make an offer

it allows me to start a conversation before but now: nope

Hennyola:
What worked for me

Download opera vpn from playstore
Use Netherlands as your IP
Visit offerup on UC browser or any browser you chose
Sign in via Facebook
Search via the search panel (you're allowed to change location there too)

Good luck!

Can you make an offer?

I can't make an offer on offerup.com even after linking my account to facebook. It is asking me to verify my phone number and I don't have a US phone number, Please help.

My offerup is asking me to verify my mobile number. How will I verify it without a US number?
