I wrote a test last week too, but just yesterday I got another invite to write an "Aptitude Test 2"
This time around it wasn't 80 questions for an hour and 20 secs, It was 80 questions for 1hour

Wow. I'm yet to get such mail

My first interview had 5 people
Second had 3
I'm yet to see mail for the third
Abi I didn't pass.. ☹️☹️

Let's just be hopefull o. My first interview had 3 people, 2nd had 2 (was questioned by only 1 person), the 3rd interview seems like the continuation of the 2nd one because the mail I received was a response to the 2nd interview invite and of the 2 people that interviewed me for the 3rd time, 1 was present during my 2nd interview

Yes. After the 3B interview, the next should be with the CEO... Then medicals and then offer letter. It's worth the stress anyways

That's like the fourth but they call it 3B. According to a mail on enquiry, they said the fourth interviewer was supposed to be on the panel with the 3rd but was unavailable. So this is the 3rd in disguise for the second panelist.

Mine has been 3 interviews so far, 2 people for the 1st one and 2 people for the 2nd one as well. Let's hope for the best

They were really exhaustive for a graduate trainee program.

Asking lots of questions
The Interview lasted about 40mins
Very detailed, panel of 5
Everybody asked questions

It got to a point they asked about mentor, about integrity mentor

Then normal Interview questions, why Saroafrica, how can you be of help to them
Why should they hire you
Tell me about yourself
How you handled a pressured situation
How you can multitask
Tell them about Saroafrica (be very detailed oh..cram everything about them)
