There is no need insulting people here
What has happened has happened and I have already forgotten about it
The transaction happened on Monday and I made the screenshot of our chat immediately cos the way he was talking, I knew I will be blocked.
And u talking about nobody complaining, u don't know if they actually did the task cos the conditions that were given is a bit strict and most people's work were cancelled. You don't also know whether they felt bad like I did.
He might have done same to them and they insulted him and let go. Hence, no need of bringing it here.
Stop insulting people please, I didn't bring it up here for insults
Shalom

I hate people who rush to social media to call people out. You're worst than terrorists. I employed a nairalanders who came to work on my factory site. I dropped 6000 Naira for food stuffs for the whole team. He stole it and ran away with it. I no come here come create thread. Many others too like this exist that people do to employers but once you guys see one small shaking, even without confirmation you begin to raise false alarms.

Learn to control your emotions.

I choose to talk because of just a comment. He said your work was approved. You could have waited three days. Next you formed a caucaus started looking for other employees that's how you Nigerians do in any employment settings. Bad character. If you don't have peace within, the slightest thing will trouble you. Work on your emotions. You lack control

Stop struggling to use vocabulary beyond your assimilation.

Some of you think cunny is smartness. If the money ever drop, you just sent it that's if you don't have a hardened pharoah like heart. I know your type; chop and die and don't care about whatever anyone says!

A bloody stressful 320 pages for a miserable 4k naira and you had the audacity to block him no matter his approach.

My advise for you from a place of humanity:

Be contented.
Be honest.
Don't break agreement.
Have empathy and
Pray you don't meet someone who has no forgiveness or someone with vengeful spirit.

A simple spell on you and you will be running from one prayer altar to another and accusing innocent village people. The same way God dey na so devil dey!

A word is enough for the wise!

When I called you a fool, you were debating. What does all these your tedious soliloquies have to do with a possible delayed payment if true?

I pay atleast 500-800k monthly on salaries to workers on this forum. I don't need your piety. I am not broke

Yes employers own banks.

Moving on, how would you feel if i claim i have sent funds to you and you have not received it and i block you?

Be honest

Is that the scenario? Did you see the whole events that led to the block ? Again, you're taking the emotional standpoint. If you listen to one-sided stories in life, my dear, you will kill many innocent people

Good day

Why you carry another man matter for head like gala is what I don't understand. You have obviously exposed you are the accused and not just a commentator. You just open your gutter mouth waaa anyhow!

Do you know what it takes for for a full bodied man to come online and complain about a mere 4k payment? A miserable 4k! You even denied your tribe. Smh.

Let me also call your attention to what the OP said, the transfer slip came with an unusual name arrangement different from what he is used to.

I hate people who breach agreement and heartless users. Until then enjoy the little attention because ordinarily people like you deserves a loud silence.

It's calibrating civilness in society. No wonder brilliance confuses you. Anu

As usual igboticness in you. Always claiming what's not theirs when they notice something extra ordinary. I'm not igbo. Never stepped on Igbo land. Have nothing with that tribe. Nothing

Time is a very relative concept and should be adjudicated in context.

The poster might be very broke (why would i translate a 320 page doc for 4k it i am not extremely broke in the first place) and sees the money as a survival line. A hungry man is an angry man.

When i employ people, i make sure their sweat is not dry before they are paid. That is the simple concept of human respect from time immemorial.

Salaries are sweeter if earned immediately after work is done. If the labourer needs to ask you, then you have failed as an employer.

I maintain, the onus is on the sender to prove transfer of funds and not on the recipient.

The duty of the recipient is to inform the sender, which the OP has rightly done. The sender is under the obligation to contact his bank to reconfirm transfer in case of dispute, which the employer has not done.

Ofcourse, we employers own the banks we send money from undecided

Who is an ipob between myself and you. Ipob beliefs and adopts threats and all sorts of miscommunication. I'm not an igbo to begin with and do not understand a single word in Igbo. I'm pro-society. I see you sell cars and you don't understand the need to wait to fully establish a case before reading an alarm. Then you're a fool. An irredeemable one.

Can we as a society see the reason why we must be careful with one-sided scenarios?

However sensational any story must be. Let's be factual. Ask questions. Pause, consider scenarios before we label people what they are not and do them identity damage

Does not guarantee being scammed.

The onus is on the sender of funds to follow through, not the recipient.

Sending a screenshot doesn’t absolve you of the obligations to pay your dues.

The employer has a bad attitude and he is lucky it’s just 4k and the recipient is gentle. Many have been killed for same

The guy in question is a leaking emotional tank. How do I know. Check how he immediately decided he was scammed because his name's didn't come in an order. Such dsyfuntional person's would make sones life miserable if not blocked.

I have no doubts he's has been scammed and I'm not saying the guy didn't scam him. But with an emotional leaking tank like this dude, such kinds would bombard and bombard and bombard till they get blocked. Simple

If after three days he doesn't get his funds, he can begin what he did. But no, his lack of emotional control won't afford him the sensibility that he needs

I asked him to provide just the date the said payment was made, watch how he snapped at me. Na me do am?

U are quite insensitive and unempathetic.
I believe if the transaction was truly made, the guy would never block him, but rather wait for an apology from op when he finally received the money.
Moreso, banks have a fixed way they arrange names, op stating the arrangement on the sent receipt was not the usual patten raises another flag.
Notwithstanding, I feel op should have waited for at least 3 days before tagging it a possible scam.

Do you see the energy the guy is operating with?

When people bombard you with such energy in such scenarios you would understand

Let's stop being emotional over issues and identify things based on the true reality of events. Do you know the damage done to identity in any case of false claims

Please, please. I know what true civility means and I know where the red lines on issues are

If anyone scams, they should be dragged to hell and back, but sometimes patience restores relationship. I had a client who refused paying me since three months plus. He paid around last week. Small money ke? 160k three months. I never called him scammer one day.

People should fucken use their senses

You are not serious
Have nothing to reply u cos u guys may be the same sef
Immediately I saw how he arranged my name in that successful transaction, I already knew I have been scammed
I gave him my surname, first name and other names
And that's exactly how it is in the successful transaction
Buh in all transactions concerning my acct, my other names is always the first, followed with first name and lastly surname
So stop saying what u don't know

Thankfully, even 40k no fit be my problem. You're more interested in sensationalism than factualness. See how you dodged providing providing information on date you were paid

The guy asked for up to 80 person's to work for him. How come are we not seeing 80 person's complaining

Fidelity Bank holds payment for days before release. The guy shouting scam should know this. His insecurities are unecessarily being triggered. Majority on this forum are deluded fools that easily get emotionally triggered. You don't pause to ask questions. One slight emotional tick and scam, scam, scam gets shouted. Tueh.

I don't support scamming but has it been fully established that it isn't a bank payment delay?

3 days after payment should be given as benefit of doubt for payments please and please.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: A Nairalander Scammed Me by TemTweaks: 8:29pm On Jul 05, 2022
What date was the payment made ?.

I have personally made payments to Fidelity Bank and it didn't reflect until after 2-3 days?

Have you not experienced similar delayed in payments using Fidelity Bank?

I like to know the day/date payment was done by the guy
