"You know that if they take you today from here [Nigeria] and put you in Vienna, Austria, or they put you in Zurich, Switzerland, 90% of your prayer point will naturally dissipate. You only have one prayer point. God, thank you. God, thank you. I thank you for all the good things you are doing for me. I thank you, Lord. Bless you, Lord. Thank you.

Every morning, God, thank you. No, it's true. No prayer point again. It's a fact. Because you're already in heaven at that time. You're only thanking God.

Your life expectancy is 54 years in Nigeria. The life expectancy of a Canadian is 75 years. 79 years actually. See the gap. Then you d!£ at 54. They say God called you. And God is not calling Canadians. So God loves you more than Canadians. But... It's only you they are calling. God did not call you.

This system called you. A system where your president cannot take treatment in his country. He promised you power. He has gone to buy solar. Disconnected. Leave you. Now he promised you power, but you don't disconnect. That's not a joking matter...."

– Social commentator Zekeri Idris has stirred reactions online following remarks comparing living conditions in Nigeria with those in parts of Europe and North America.

Dogalmighty17:
He is a clown. Just yesterday he was saying the US doesn't need the strait opened. The day before he said that the strait was already opened. If he tries touching any Iranian power station, I fully expect Iran to target more refineries in the middle east.
Trump will not back down until oil climbs above 160 dpb.

The most powerful weapon in the hands of a toddler is useless. The US actually had a plan to contain Iran long before Trump came into office. His generals sat him down and tried to explain to him why a full on direct attack wouldn't be ideal. Trump sacked them and appointed yes men in their place. Men who will agree with every brain dead idea that comes to his head.

Trump lacks the mental maturity to know that for every action there is a consequence. He has backed himself into a corner in Iran now and is desperate for a way out. The Iranians don't fear threats. Trump has given himself 48 hours. Let him go ahead and strike Iranian electricity plants and see what the Iranians will strike in return.
You guys should be careful not to push Donald Trump toward deploying ground troops. Once boots are on the ground, the situation could spiral quickly, and Iran would likely respond with full force, potentially turning the conflict into a much broader and more destructive war.

What might start as a strategic move could easily evolve into a prolonged crisis with serious global consequences—affecting not just the region, but energy supplies, international security, and the lives of countless civilians.

A country that clearly lacks the political will to fight terrorism—something obvious to everyone—is now trying to recruit unsuspecting young people into the army just to use them as cannon fodder, in order to create the impression that they are serious about the fight. After sending them to their deaths, they turn around and grant amnesty to the same blood-thirsty demons.

Foreign Affairs › Re: I Must Be Personally Involved In Choosing Iran's Next Leader - Donald Trump by Ten06(m): 1:15pm On Mar 06
Svoboda:
How does being liberal preclude you from defending sovereignity and independence? How does being liberal puncture your sense of state nationalism?
Being liberal does not mean abandoning the principles of sovereignty or national independence. Liberalism generally supports international cooperation, human rights, and diplomacy, but it does not require anyone to ignore threats to a nation’s security or stability.

Being liberal does not mean abandoning the defense of sovereignty or national independence. Liberalism supports cooperation among nations, but it also recognizes the importance of respecting the sovereignty of states.

However, when a country sponsors terrorists or uses proxy groups to destabilize another nation, it undermines that very principle of sovereignty. A state that deliberately funds or supports violent proxies to create chaos in another country cannot seriously claim to be respecting international norms.

Defending sovereignty therefore includes calling out and resisting such actions. Upholding national security and territorial integrity is not contrary to liberal values; it is part of protecting the legitimate rights of a sovereign state.

Svoboda:
I consider Trump very much ignorant and is most certainly unaware of the psyche of an average Iranian whose nationalism fervour burns like sulphur, and would rather die than allow someone who's being found in the company of filthy pedos determine who would rule over them. How would that even cut through? Without boots on the ground, regime change is impossible, and Iran is one place of a hell for any overt military occupation. The US experiences in Afghanistan would pale in significance compared to the terror that awaits any occupying forces in Iran.
You just describe ayatollah and his minions. The Iranians are liberal people

Foreign Affairs › Re: A Glimpse Into How Bias Media Shape Narratives In Global Events (Photo) by Ten06(m): 8:50pm On Mar 03
Soon after reports surfaced that Israel had carried out a strike on a school, claims began circulating from some individuals in Iran alleging that the incident had been staged. According to these allegations, authorities had allegedly stored bodies—said to have been killed during protests—in a facility belonging to an ice cream company, with the intention of presenting them as victims of the strike to shape a particular narrative.

As this account spread, some observers argued that it seemed to confirm their long-held suspicions about the manipulation of crises to influence international opinion. They suggested that such incidents are sometimes used strategically, and that when retaliation occurs, allegations of human rights violations are quickly highlighted to redirect global attention.

Given that tensions had already been high prior to the escalation of the conflict, many believe that propaganda efforts may not be as persuasive or effective as they once were.
