It's working bro. It seems it was really network issue. I just withdrew without going to the bank to do nothing.

It wasn't a network issue. It was actually blocked.

Just finished calling uba rep..i think all they need is a doc that show the authenticity of your fund
That's all.
The lady specifically told me to send an email to paypla that they should tell me the authenticity of the fund after that I should mail them with the screenshot of the email

I think sending them a screenshot of your PayPal activity should suffice.

The rep just got back to me. She said that I should visit a UBA branch with a means of identification, make my complaint, and present documents showing that I work where I say I do. They should be able to help me with that.

It is normal protocol to prevent or minimize fraud and money laundry. As long as you can prove you worked for the money and provide back up, you should have nothing to fear. The truth is a lot of money was and is coming in through Africard, CBN and the banks were not just going to play siddon dey look.

People begged UBA to restore the service the funds were from legit sources, now they have restored it and are saying come forward to prove yours is legit.

Yeah, I think that's what they intend to do. Make we dey look sha.

From what I heard, it seems the restoration of the Africard is a kind of trap because a handful of people also have the same issue and upon confirmation at the bank it was discovered that any Africard with a transaction history via PayPal is flagged ( because PayPal isn't fully legalized in Nigeria for receiving funds). It might even lead to arrest as the person stated.

NOTE: I haven't confirmed the authenticity of this news but as regards not being able to withdraw, you are not alone.

You may be right, bro. I just got off the phone with a UBA rep. To cut the long story short, she asked about the source of my funds, and said that I may need to provide proof that I work there.

Out of the bank. The story I was told is that the Africard portal as a whole is down. I filed a letter of complaint and I'll follow up tomorrow if I don't hear back from them.

Nice one, bro. You do well.

avoid British calls for a start. Google is your most important tool in the job, Google strange terms, words, phrases, acronyms, etc. Since we didn't grow up in those countries it is natural that it takes slightly more effort to pick up some things.[/b]

I just can't transcribe without having to continously play the audio. That way I understand how things are going very well, if not, I will get a lot of mark down for missing content and misheard.

The new account that I have created, I don't want to see any 1 and 2 rating close to it.

So, can you please tell me when the beta version was introduced, so that I can count 16 weeks from there to know when I will start transcribing?

There are ways you can get the audio to play continously on the timestamp platform. E get as we dey do am that year.

Calls are auto rated bro. When you submit your transript , it will first go through autoqa before it is transfered to transcription_qa. Anytime autoqa does mine it is always a fine and it doesnt take much time. Atmost 5mins.

Bro, you no lie. I didn't think of it that way. I have noticed those auto_qa stuff, but I no dey really put mind for am.

Yeah, it's a possibility. If grammarly can scan through your text and tell you where to put periods or commas, and even give you better suggestions of how to construct your sentence, then never underestimate the power of AI.

I dey tell u.

Well, I understand you; you are probably right. Try to look at it from my perspective. Why is it that any rated work that doesn't have rater's number on it is always 5? Have you seen any 1-4 call without rater's number? Last week I did two 22mins calls with over 300 statements and under 3 mins it was rated 5, with no rater's number. If it was rated by a human, it means the guy didn't even look at the work, and also means that any call that appears on their "Special queue" done by good transcribers is automatic 5.

Well, the thing is, it's hard to believe that calls can be auto-rated because someone has to score them after rating. So, in the end, someone has to read through it, and I believe they have an AI that assist them in rating. But you're right, though: I don't think I've seen a 4-rated transcript without rater code.

I guess after proving to them, your account would be on auto rating and not be rated by a human which explains the consecutive 5s without rater's number.

I don't think anybody's call is being auto rated. From what I understand, they implemented a system where calls done by "Good" transcribers appear at the top of the rating queue. That way, anyone rating such call wouldn't waste much time going through it. In regards to the lack of rater number, these numbers didn't exist until new raters were brought on board, so I feel it's just those new raters that have them. Na wetin be just reason be this.
