I did my PGDE programme there since 2022, would you believe that till now, no certificate has been issued. They have no power to issue certificate, only the school which they are affiliated to possess that power.

I would recommend light bodyweight exercises, at least 5-7 days in a week.

I would also recommend a vegan feingold diet, without necessarily cutting out natural sources of salicylates. Cut out artificial sugars, extracted oils and added salt. Go easy on natural sugars.

Meditation and mindfulness practices should also become part of her daily life. Even something as simple as counting and drawing 1-100 internally with closed eyes and concentration will do.

Practice makes perfect, you can also teach and practice with her on areas she isn't performing optimally at. You can get her a tutor or exemplary playmate she can learn from, while keeping a eye on the progress.

For about a year now, I have been cooking my foods, whole grains. Sometimes beans, without added oils, salt and artificial seasonings. Only natural herbs or vegetables. My health has improved, I am now more energetic and lighter.
I now taste and prefer the natural flavors of food, but I don't think this is something most people can take up. Are you able to eat meals without added oils?

About 17 years ago when they first notified me through hospital test that I have hepatitis B, even tho I'm doing very fine, infact apert from the test, I have no evidence that show I have hepatitis B, sometimes I even doubt if I really have it.
Have taken some Chinese drugs like that, but still under go some tests last year and they said it's still their.
