The parents of the world's fattest boy weighing 192 kilos with his clothes no longer able to fit has cried out for help.


 
It is fear for the world's fattest boy who weighs 192 kilos at just 10-years-old. The boy identified as Arya Permana is now wearing just a sarong as clothes do not fit him, has been put on a crash diet over fears he may die. 
 

 
Dailymail reports that the boy's dramatic weigh gain has seen several doctors examine him but found nothing abnormal with him. I will rather trace it to the foundation of the structural engineer who stamp the drawing, also the team of site engineer need to be question, the promoter or the client.
Building failure is majorly base on the site engineer, who through his gain will compromise standard. Also the client in most cases will tend to cut cost.
