My advice to pple seeing themselves being discriminated is that JUST SAVE MONEY after graduation and attend a highly recognized school.

For me, after graduation I splashed money on getting a better school and organization name on my CV

1- Harvard business school
2- World Bank Group certification program

Companies don’t call me for interview they asked me “how much salary do you want?
Before inviting me over.

Do whatever it takes to get a school name among the top 10 in the world, and stop looking at Nigeria ratings.

A friend of my spent 7 million to attend a pilot school in South Africa.

A guy who works in chevron splash 5 million to attend Oxford UNi.

This is after graduation.

I did it, you can too...

Hi, it's a good idea to get it if you can. Smaller employers will find it useful in getting an idea of what your previous supervisors think about you. I've seen recruitment decisions swayed in favor of applicants because they were able to present favorable reference letters at face to face interviews. For some bigger employers, they tend to contact/write directly to past employers/supervisors in some cases and get the reference.

How can u advice someone to write all the papers, you re making ICAN rich and making urself worst off.
Imagine u register 5 papers for 61,700 skills level and u base in Lagos, lecture fee for 5 papers is 50,000 total package 111,700 note no transport added yet.
Let's say u fail all the papers menh it is very discouraging and u may quit it and say is scam. Let's say u passed 2 papers, u will start all over to pay exams fee and lecture fees again.

Bro my advice for you as a fresher, if u re working write 1 paper as a test and save ur money.

Old candidates who have been failing are writing just one or two papers each diet to become chattered becos they understand the exams, they even forecast it. They even predict exam questions. I was shocked �.

I discussed with candidates who failed to hear from them, I also discussed with those who became chattered to hear from them as well

I see no difference in what they said but one keeps going despite failing then became chattered while the other quits becos the money involved to continue was too much.

The one that became chattered I calculated when he/she registered and the number of failures and the amount and time spent to become chattered they concluded that one or two papers is the best to write unless u re extremely brilliant and have a well lasting memory when u re taught I.e ur only job is to read and write exam nothing else while ur finances is taking care of by ur guardian.
