Pls I want to ask if it’s valid to deliver the statement of account (proof of funds) to the embassy before the visa interview? Is it going to be a problem?

You don't have to pay another fee. In my opinion, your resumption date is still far. Spending extra (going to Abuja) is not necessary. Apply for EA when you are within 60days to resumption and wait till end of June at least.
PS: You can change to Abuja by filling a new DS160, updating your profile on the Visa page then you will be able to see Abuja dates

Hello house’ my brother entered the US using f1 three years back and now a PR. The POF account he used belongs to my uncle. Now I have gotten my I-20 and about to book for interview. Can I still use the same uncle account, hope my uncle name is not linked to him already. I’m thinking maybe there is anyway his name might pop out from their system when I use the same uncle as sponsor. I changed my home address because of this to avoid similarity or anything that can link him to me
