Guys I don't think you'd be needing the list again. The approval notification just dropped. Check your profile page on COREN portal.

But if you still need the list, do signify and I'll send to your email.

got it from my boss and also a friend who did his last year.

Don't know how they got it because I searched for it on the COREN website but couldn't find it.

The list was from a COREN forum(for registered engineers I presume). That's where COREN dropped the list.

So COREN has released/published The quarter 3 names of successful candidate. So why is it taking forever to send us the approval/registration letter

Seems the approval is taking too long. Payment was made on Wednesday last week and documents uploaded same day. Expected the approval earlier.

Just noticed that the the 2 forms I uploaded and submitted are in jpg format. Should I be concerned, or should I cancel submit and change format to pdf?

One more thing, on the acceptance form, item number 5, I assume we're required to write down our names in the sequence we want it on the seal yeah?

Sign in to COREN portal
Then go to generic payment
At lower part click confirm previous payment or print payment received
Then a window will show your past payment transactions , unsuccessful once and successful one
Just start clicking each of the get status, the one successful will activate the portal registration payment

I tried this procedure after payment and I couldn't upload documents. Mine is saying no transactions yet.

The issue had been resolved. The error occured if you refreshed while paying on remita platform. I'm able to upload the two documents now. If you're interested in solving this issue let me know.

In the acceptance form, must the passport photograph required be white background?

The portal is now active. You can now make payments. Cost is 68k.

I believe there's one more professional exam to be held this year, probably around December. I am asking if the date for the exam is out already and when?

your profile on the COREN portal will be updated with the date of the exams and interview, which should be in December. But I advice you check in regularly.

Also ensure your technical report is ready.

Lastly, make sure your report is comprehensive; attach drawings, BEME, Calculation sheets, pictures etc. where necessary. Please take this last paragraph seriously.

Recommended for council means you have been approved.
After the council meeting this month, your name will be published as a registered engineer.
