I wanna ask if it's necessary for a graduate to undergo the Basic Hse Level 1 programme......

As a graduate all u need is GHSE and HSE level 3; according to ISPoN standards. based on this, I would say u don't need HSE level 1.

If you are in Anambra you can register in that branch,those around Asaba , Ibuzo and Ogwashi uku in Delta State can also join this branch.

I will be registering with ISPoN Awka for GHSE and HSE level 3 in a few weeks by the grace of God. and subsequently I would love to sit for NEBOSH IGC after obtaining my ISPoN membership. I also want to use this opportunity to state my readiness to take on any HSE trainee/Volunteer jobs if available. and oh! I have a Diploma in Civil engineering, B. Tell ur friend to take ducolax [a tiny yellow tablet]. She'd be fine in a day or two. Saw flames when I experienced same few years ago. These days, I just take ducolax when I notice the symptoms.
