Take birth or pregnancy control shot at any recognized hospital or clinic.... am not sure Naija offers those shot but u can ask around. The shot stops you from seeing ur period for 6 months each time u take d shot .... it helps to avoid cramps. It's side effects causes you to add on little weight though.
