Texykool: Choi... I'm seeing this thread late.
1. Ruff, Rugged and Raw
'O mukulu, o mukenke'
They ran out of luck... Or rather, luck ran out on them. So, that's that.
2. Timi
'Oh, I hate February. It is the month of me and my chick's anniversary. Plus Valentine's Day... And the week after that na my chick's birthday'
Trybesmen had lots of talent then... But then, talent doesn't always win.
I miss Trybesmen, I miss Timi... He's prolly working somewhere on the Island now... Or Yankee
3. C-mion
Last I saw of him was Spydaman's (another guy who has disappeared) song- DANCEHALL.
4. Six Foot Plus
'I want to drink small stout'
He's still making songs. Just that all dem 'local rappers' no go allow people like him show face.
5. BOUQUI
'Mo le jo lori agolo, bi Jesu gbami laye...'
She's still making songs. Did one with Solomon Lange recently.
6. Kash 11
'Kash 11... Triple triple twale'
He should have contented himself with being a producer... But he was a DaGrin wannabe. He lost the plot. Just like K-Solo
7. X-Appeal
'Mo le se ju paddy e lo... Mo le jo Baby Skeske'
Lexy-Doo: Last of him I saw was in a video from one of these guys from 419squad... That one sef don enter ground. It's safe to assume he's in the UK.
Jazzman... Lol...
8.Zule Zoo
'The man just dey do... Kerewa...'
They didn't innovate. If you think singing lewd songs alone will keep you in the industry... Try again. Kerewa...Dadubule... Etc. Dem no dey last.
Bye... Zule zoo.
9. Styl-Plus
I no sabi their problem sha. From Akindeko Hostel of Futa... They move onto stardom... Then to oblivion.
#TeamFuta
10. Eddie Remedy
'Lol-est'
After the break up with KSB... No Eddie's song is gonna make airplay again.
11. Tony Tetuila
Last song I heard from him was him and MP (another guy who has gone under)...
Egbon did not move with the tides of the industry.
*Wale Thompson - I think he sings Juju majorly now.
*Dr. Alban - thin air!!!
*Rasqie - Last I 'knew', he was married to gospel singer Monique, produces her songs...
* Black Tribe- these boys mess up walahi. I loved them o. But I no know where dem dey sha.
*Bantu- 'No more no vernacular, teacher don't teach me nonsense'. That one sef win KORA o... That year. I no know where he dey.
*Emem- She suppose dey do her law practice.
*Paul Play- Business things now, I think.
*419 Squad- there's nothing like 419 squad again
*Lagbaja- he still dey sing o.
*Muma Gee - didn't you follow the last election
*Weird MC - Aunty Sola is old joor. We need fresh blood.
Where are the following abeg?
*Mountain Black and Mad Melons (Danfo Drivers) *Marvellous Benji *Alabai *Abounce *Freestyle *Slam *Kween *Spydaman *MP (M for ya Mama, P for ya Papa ) *Black Solo *2phat *Kaha

15thMonica: yes I know but class could also b use to specify a department...
savvy? If a word has multiple meanings, you wouldn't assume he meant one without considering the other meanings, would you? Especially as both meanings fit perfectly in this context. Leave the young man alone Savvy? |

AbuMikey: At this Juncture, I can boldly say those trying to crucifiy Barcanista are just being annoyingly jobless.
If Y'all think He made a mistake by cross-carpeting to the 'soon to be opposition', then let it remain like that.
Whining about the already known fact that He made His change of allegiance still won't undo the Change.
That being said, please, Y'all allow Him be, I guess if GMB had lost, Y'all won't be singing this tune now. If GMB had lost, Barcanista wouldn't have written this 'story for the gods'. He would have boasted of how he knew the General would cry again. AbuMikey, see, all is fair in love and war abeg |

kokoA: You, like FFK, Ribadu, Marwa and co made a very great mistake in judgement. The only difference between you and these politicians is that they made their decisions based on some personal benefits they were expecting from the now opposition (PDP) party but as for you, I don't know what entered your head. There is no party of saints anywhere in the world.. APC and PDP both have good people and bad people so does the democrats and republicans in America. My brother, you goofed! Big time! And you really disappointed us the Buhari supporters of nairaland.. You Sire, make a whole lot of sense. I may not comment much on this forum, but I'm always here, reading all comments. There are lots of great monikers in this section... On both sides of the political divide. However, amidst them all, I (used to) respect BARCANISTA. I am an APC apologist and he was like a face of the online opposition. Then... Boom! I saw his signature changing little by little. When I saw the final switch, I was not myself for several minutes (I'm serious). That was how much I believed in this guy. In the end, we all saw as it went down. The only lie I wouldn't want Barca to lie is to say he just woke up one morning and defected... It was all for the PAPER. Barcanista... You are the greatest loser as far as this section goes... Yeah, I wrote it. I have absolute respect for Ishiamu, DeCritique, FireFire, Temitemi1, SeverusSnape... The real PDP crew. But I have no respect for you again. Shove your explanations up your a*s |

RedBenson: Very foolish post. So why didnt you and your fellow iddiotic SW folks vote out OBJ the 2nd tenure? Did he perform well when you guys gave him the votes the 2nd time? He deserved it but GEJ didnt? Dont worry, we all shall return to our fathers' land respectively soon. Pele o In 2011, South-Westerners voted en-masse for GEJ. However, he did not win with our votes alone. He even won some states in the North. What you should ask is that, what changed between then and now? Check the votes cast in South-West. The chunk of votes that decided GEJ's fate did not come from S/West. It came from the north. See how close Lagos was. It should tell you that there was no gang-up against GEJ. Some people who felt GEJ was the messiah just wasn't feeling him again. If you are asking that Nigerians must vote him a second time just for the sake of it like your Asari wants, then I can gladly tell you to go to hell. Why am I even explaining sef? Asari should gather his army ASAP and start the pipeline bombing... Abi no be im way be that? I dey wait |

Secondly, if my Presido, has congratulated him, who am I not to do the same? Yes o! The reason is Nigeria. I voted GMB, but I'll be onn my watch to ensure that he delivers the CHANGE he promised Nigerians. If not, we change the CHANGE till we get the CHANGE that we deserve. God bless Nnigeria! |

Enoquin: A piper in the street today Set up his tune and starts to play And away, away, away to the .... of his music we danced On every side, doors and windows were opened wide And men left down their work and came And women with petticoats coloured like .... And all the world went gay, went gay For half an hour in the street today
That is the kind of 'gay' in the above poem I believe Denrele was responding to.
The dots in the poem denotes words I cannot remember. I even cannot remember the book it came from but I know it was primary school. Chai... You don old o I remember the book... Contains some poems and popular songs. This particular poem had the picture of a piper with a lot of people behind him... I can still recall But I no remember the name of the book. |

sammieguze: Na today?
There was a day i left d office unknowingly wit an empty wallet.
Lift is not working and i can't climb stairs to the fifth floor to retrieve my money so, i decided to just use the atm and withdraw 1000 naira to use as tfare. Lo and behold, the sole note dispensed to me is a fake note. Shaperly i went into the banking hall and changed the money.
The idiot wanted to claim i had other notes on me so i just showed her my wallet containing just 200 naira.
She got no choice o.
Btw... Myself and some of my colleagues has been a victim many times.
