A country which lack in Energy, fuel, electricity, water, good roads, rail roads, lack of industries, exportation of local commodities and expensive air transport would always have issues generated by adequate revenue.

I voted NO because in a marriage, there must not be room for any of the spouses to have intercourse with another person other than their lawfully wedded spouses. Doing so would go against the purpose of God for Marriage. There's also the tendency of contracting infections and bringing it home to infect their spouses.

My brother has reported his wife to the ministry of social welfare because she is neglecting her role towards their three children- 9, 6, and 3 years old.
He said of late, he is the one that bath them, Wash their clothes and take them to school.
The only reason she cooks in the house sometime, is because she herself must eat.
She always lay all manner of insult on him even threaten to harm him, if he dares her.
The situation is now affecting him so much that he wants to saperate from her and ask for child custody, not divorce yet.
So he wants to know the possible outcome from this.
Please suggest one, two or three possible outcome.

If he has evidence that she is an irresponsible mum, he would win the case. Two of my friends have won such cases in court and guess what? The kids are females.
I would also point out that if the mum truly doesn't take care of the children now, she won't even argue the case in court because she already sees it as too stressful

You are clearly not a business person. Let me help you, and it's up to you whether you learn from it or continue to argue.
For example, if you have 100 litres of fuel that you bought for ₦100,000, that's ₦1,000 per litre, right? Then you hear that the replacement cost has increased to ₦1,200 per litre. It is only logical to increase your selling price immediately so that you can still afford to maintain your 100 litres of stock.
If you don't, your ₦100,000 will only buy 83.3 litres instead of 100 litres when it's time to restock. That means your stock level will drop significantly over time.

Na this simple business principle many people no dey understand.

Imagine a filling station bought 100,000 litres of petrol when the landing cost was high, say ₦1,300 per litre. After adding transportation, staff costs, and profit, they start selling at ₦1,340 per litre.
A week later, crude oil prices fall and new petrol shipments become cheaper. Does that mean the station should immediately reduce its price to ₦1,200 per litre?
No. The petrol in their tanks was bought at the old, higher price. If they suddenly reduce the pump price, they could end up selling below their cost and losing money on the stock they already paid for.
So they usually continue selling the existing stock at the old price. Only after that stock is exhausted and they purchase new, cheaper supplies can they begin to reduce prices.
It's similar to a shop owner who bought bags of rice for ₦100,000 each. If the market price drops to ₦90,000 the next day, he can't immediately sell his existing stock as if he bought it at ₦90,000. He first needs to recover the money he spent on the old stock before passing on the lower prices from new purchases.
That's why a drop in crude oil prices today does not automatically translate into cheaper petrol at filling stations tomorrow. The cheaper crude must first work its way through refining, importation or production, distribution, and finally the sale of new stock to marketers before consumers see lower pump prices.
