IpobAntidote: Rubbish Even here in the US, Nigerians will queue in line to collect anything free. Nigerians love freebies. Go to any church in the US and see how they will be fighting over food as if they don't have food in their houses. Come to any Naija party and see how they will be looking for togo packs for left overs like hungry people. These are people making good money but they still like frre food. BTW, didn't people queue for Eba in Abia before? There are food banks all over the place in Toronto. You see people earning good money from all races still queue up for free foodstuffs. But you won't see anybody snapping them to upload on social media for content and politics. |

Una mind go touch ground Racoon: The ebi npawa ronus must be part of this shitty. White man colonised us and still came back to join our government to afflict us as a nation. Chai! Something is strange though... Obi won in Lagos, most people even believe his votes were more than what was declared, yet any negative news about Lagos quickly hit front page and you constantly read comments like these from the so called Obidients. Is this your Obidient group really genuine or just a group with so much envy and hate against the Yorubas? |

Some persons still don't understand the basic concept of profit taking in memes. When you put $500 in project and it goes to $1000 within few days, the most reasonable thing to do is to take your 500 and put it in BTC (a far more reliable asset)... The remaining $500 may go to infinity (set a particular % profit to take on every % pump) or it may turn to dust.
Failing to take profits in memes just because you expect it to change your life is an invitation to misery. The little you are leaving behind can still change your life if you are lucky, a situation where you keep scooping $$$ from the project till ♾️
Even some good memes can first dip significantly (up to -70%) before picking up again, in that situation you can decide whether you want to increase your position with part of your profit or simply "lock up". lol |

The amount of funds' inflow into memes is insane!
Since August 1, the real Neiro (Neirocto) has done more than 86000% (860x) because of it's close connection to Shiba Inu (Kabosu) which means investment of about one thousand dollars 10 weeks ago is worth close to a million dollar already.
If you can not beat them, try and join them. I'll bet this meme frenzy won't go away anytime soon. Position yourself rightly, risk every amount you can afford to lose on good memes you are convinced about. And be very pragmatic with profit taking.
Personally, cycling meme gains into btC has helped boost my portfolio to a great extent. I strongly recommend this strategy.

ekineme: The anonymous person is the 23 years old girl, he is cheating with, this is not rocket science. She either want the family separated so that she can have the man to herself or she felt hurt and cheated.
The woman is just too busy trying to be a good(house) wife that's she neglected noticing the changes on time.
I pray they find a way around it though, she seems a good woman but it takes more than that, she is not sexually attractive to him anymore, though he still loves her housewife roles.
The other side chick is sexually attracted to him but broke and a leach. I don't see them living happily either should his marriage crash.
The man best bet is to kneel and apologize, do whatever he can to appease the wife, thereafter discuss his feelings towards her. Communication can sort this out, but only after this kind of incidence because before now nothing can tame a man that has lost interest. His eyes will always be outside. You are 100 percent correct about the first paragraph. You said my mind completely. |

Tallesty1: Because you’re not even 30 yet, and you’ve already seen so much.
True. Just a few days ago, I was in a Sienna, and one of the passengers was going on and on about how T-pain means well for Nigeria, how the pain is necessary because of the reforms; you know, the usual nonsense they recycle from their WhatsApp groups.
So, I asked him, "Sir, what exactly is Tinubu's plan? What is Nigeria’s dream? What are we all working towards that, when we finally get there, we can say, 'Wow, the suffering was worth it'?"
I reminded him how they hyped Dangote's refinery, yet fuel prices still got worse. I asked him, "So, tell me, what exactly are we supposed to look forward to?"
He mute

shonepet: I have read through different people input about what is bedeviling our country Nigeria, and I must say, we all have a point. In as much that "there is sense in all we have said", there is also an aspect that "doesn't make sense".
A lot has befallen our dear country, and our problem boils down to corruption, nepotism, tribalism, illiteracy, religious fanatism, etc. During the last election, I supported Peter Obi not because he is an Igbo man, but because he presented a better plan for the country than Tinubu/Atiku. I would have supported another if their 4yrs plan was better. A lot of MSc holders in my office supported Tinubu, and they are all Yorubas. What was their reasons I don't like discussing or arguing politics because its a debate nobody can win, as far as Nigerians are the ones debating.
If we want this country to work, then we all need to find solution to the problems I mentioned above. Our leaders are just 1% of Nigeria problem. The citizens made them , therefore 99% of Nigeria problem is associated with the citizens. The easiest thing would have been to ignore this post but being specific about tribe triggered me a lot as per the bolded. Those guys you mentioned probably know about Tinubu's works than others. Another thing I noticed about people like you is that you are quick to see 500 Yorubas in your office or school that supported Tinubu but never see 600 Yorubas that don't support him and that is why it's easy for you to direct your venom at the entire tribe simply because most of you are closet tribalists as well. When Obi won in Lagos you guys said it's because Igbos are many in Lagos but Atiku also won in Osun, does it mean Fulanis are many in Osun too? No matter the amount of gaslight, a whole tribe won't sleep and face one direction. In my family for example I am the only one that was Pro Tinubu prior to election, my Dad was Pro PDP/Atiku while the rest were Obidients (although none voted)... Such is the nature of Yorubas' politics. With all the machineries of APC government in SW, Tinubu who is the son of the soil got just about 55% of SW votes and you still accuse them of tribalism? Everyone (across all the tribes) have different degrees of loyalty to their tribes in Nigeria which may or may not affect their political choices, but like superpack589 earlier said, Tribalism is not our biggest problem in NigeriaThe same way some us of defend and fight for Nigeria outside the country when other "third worlders" are saying sh*t about Nigeria is the same way we defend our tribe inside Nigeria. Call me a tribalist if you like, I simply don't care. |

Those of u coming here to say tribalism isn't the problem are saying so because u are part of those that plunge this nation into this mess because of Tribalism. Mind u Politicians don't use tribalism, u people allowed yourselves to be used. You can't make a wrong decision by voting an incompetent candidate because he comes from your tribe or political party & expect me to start addressing issues with u when reality hits! 😂 😂 😂 Una go leave Tinubu but start to insult the tribe that voted all the 3 major candidates. By the way, I didn't even have opportunity to vote in the last election but I'm sure you hyped and supported a bad candidate because of tribalism in 2023. |
Investment › Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by Tflex01: 3:22pm On Oct 11, 2024 |
Anytime we try to talk about tribalism in Nigeria and we decided to directly or indirectly look in a particular direction, or try to blame a particular group or tribe , I always see the conversation as a waste of time.
ALL Nigerian politicians use religion and ethnicism/tribalism as tools when it favours them and most core followers are usually motivated by either or both.
Until we understand that it's a general problem and take meaningful step to address it, we will never get anything out of the numerous complaints. That is why superpack comment make more sense to me. |
