You are yet to get a decision because they need to get more information about your application, its that simple.

So does that mean one should expect a call from them to give more informations about one's application to them? Or the decision is going to be taken without providing them with the info they sought

i think UKVI is lazy in processing application this xmas period so those who paid for priority are getting the "not staightfoward application " to cover up for them to turning it around quickly. Annoying because these priority paid a premium for it and are not getting any faster service

Mehn this thing is looking somehow oh, I'm supposed to go back to work on Friday (offshore), but the agent I used is telling me not to go, (her point that they might call me and not be able to reach me, because call network doesn't go through there at work) because when they try and they can't get me it's going to be a refusal.
I'm just confused, if I go on Friday I'm supposed to be back 6th January.

Tho I can receive emails from there

When did you submit your biometrics? Did mine since Dec 2nd and still a decision hasn't been made. Its up to them really.

@Kode12 I'm having same issue with you, regards the "not straightforward application".
Please has anyone scaled through this before? Do we wait their decision or we need to make complaints to them? Thanks
