The thing has been trying to get my attention for the longest time and failing woefully.
To the best of my knowledge I haven't told anyone I live outside Nigeria ....I don't know why anyone would think I have such large bundles of foreign currencies lying around .

I think he's using it as an opportunity to insult my moniker without having to quote me directly ,by implying he's speaking to my supposed alternate.

The MODS here really need to step up .
Rule 2 clearly states that you shouldn't insult any moniker .
Whenever a name of a moniker is unabashedly mentioned with insulting and degrading remarks the insulter should be dealt with the hands of the law.
