Edipet:Bro... I feel you. |
Some info here is untrue. There was no news about COZA pastor this year. Why you too dey lie like this? Just to trend? |
I have lived in PH City all my life. You can check out the rural PH places. Rent is somehow cheaper there, but the problem will be power. For example, a house in Rumukalagbor area can go for ₦300k for self con. I heard someone pay ₦600k for 2 rooms sef. Or you can go to Diobu. You can get a relatively cheap house there, but the problem will be security and power. That area can be very rough, but you'd be very close to the market. To be frank with you, your ₦2M will not last long here. I don't know how true, but I saw a stat once that PH is the most expensive city to live in (I don't think they counted FCT sha). Food and rent alone can remove a substantial part of your money. And you want to start a business. If I were to advise you, I'd tell you to move around Uniport (that's the Choba) area. Business will boom there because of the student population. But then that area is expensive sha. Very expensive. Bro... Why you wan move sef? Where are you coming from? |
Hello! Please forgive me if this is the wrong platform for this, but I don't think I'm allowed to post in the music section. I've been playing the guitar off and on since 2021. Sometimes I get serious, and other times (like now), I don't touch my guitar in weeks. I play an acoustic guitar and I know how to play the major, minor, major and minor pentatonic scales (although only in one position --- I can play the major scale in 5 positions sha). I can play chords anywhere. Open chords (major and minor). Barre chords. Major and Minor 7th chords. Dominant 7 chords. Suspended 2 and 4 chords. I can follow chord progressions. I know rhythm (although it kinda needs more work). I can even hear a song for the first time, find the key on the guitar, and figure out the chord progression (sha it will only use major and minor. I have not yet figured out how to add all the other fancy chords). My problem is I cannot still play at church or at occasions. I watch guitarists improvise there and I wonder how they do it. Could you please give me advice? It will also help me if I can get a list of concepts I should cover one by one as I am kinda in a learning rut at the moment (I don't know what to learn or practice). Thank you for your time. |
Ibrahim8258:Merci. Tu me peux donner le link de groupe? Ou peut-être je te donne mon numéro ? 08064598957 😅 |
Je n'utilise pas Telegram. Il y a une groupe de WhatsApp s'il vous plait? |
It’s quite possible she created the impression that she was single, keeping everyone in the office unaware of her marriage. So nobody felt the need to tell her husband and they probably thought she and the colleague were legit engaged or something. |
Ynix:Also, could you point out the role and function of an apostle, so we can see which apostle is carrying out the role today? I believe Apostles have ceased to exist, and some people who claim to be apostles function more as pastors, teachers and evangelists than apostles. Well, I could be wrong though, but can I get a convincing argument as to why? The New Testament was written by apostles for example. Nobody's writing an additional book to the Bible today so why are we still saying that apostles exist? That's just one example sha. The apostles are the foundation on which the rest of the church is built on. After the foundation was finished, they ceased. The other offices are building on what they have already done. |
Ynix:Could you give me some examples of the other types of apostles that weren't foundational to the spread and development of the Christian faith? |
So this guy and his wife had been married for about 10 years with two children: a 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. He thought the relationship was going great and all, and they weren't having any kind of disagreements. One day, he noticed his wife would lock her phone whenever he would come close to her. Like, she had been doing it, but he just noticed it all of a sudden. So when she went to sleep one night, he checked her phone. He found out she had been cheating with one of her co-workers. There were explicit messages and pictures sent between them, and he found out that they had been sleeping together all the times she told him she was going to be working overtime. He confronted her, and she denied it at first, claiming he was reading meaning to what was just an ordinary text between friends until he began to read some of the texts aloud. She admitted her crime and apologized, but claimed she did it because he was distant and all. This guy couldn't take it. He starts stalking her and finds out that she and the co-worker even have a rented house where they go to stay sometimes, and in fact, the whole office knows they are in a relationship. So he packs all her things, goes to her office when everybody is there, drops everything right there and tells her not to come back to his house again. His friends think he should have just divorced her quietly and not have embarrassed her publicly like that. What do you think? I saw this story on Reddit and I thought I could share it! 😅 |
kushercain:While I agree with you that there is no gender in the spirit, the verse Paul was not referring to spiritual gender when he made his pronouncement about women in ministry; he was talking about physical creation. Here's the full verse in its context 11 Women should learn quietly and submissively. 12 I do not let women teach men or have authority over them.b Let them listen quietly. 13For God made Adam first, and afterward he made Eve. 14And it was not Adam who was deceived by Satan. The woman was deceived, and sin was the result. 15But women will be saved through childbearing,c assuming they continue to live in faith, love, holiness, and modesty. Reading this without any bias, do you think Paul was referring to spiritual gender here? Does that "there is no male or female count in this case?" Wasn't Paul using the concept of creation to prove his statement by saying the reason for this is because ADAM WAS CREATED FIRST? I mean, he could have said "Yes, Adam was created first but we have been saved by Christ so all these things don't matter" but he didn't. |
I personally believe that the office of the apostles have ceased. Apostles were only for the Bible days; not for today. What was the criteria for picking an Apostle according to the Bible? 1. He must have been around when Jesus was there and was a physical witness to the happenings. 2. He must have the signs of the apostle to confirm his apostleship in signs and wonders and diverse strange miracles. 3. His words form major doctrine like Paul's writings and stuff. Nobody here was around when Jesus was alive (Paul's case was special as he said he was separated in his mother's womb). The signs of an apostle were unquestionable miracles. A lame man that the whole Jerusalem knew was lame was made to walk by Peter and John, I don't see those kinds of miracles in today's church. Nobody can add to the Bible anymore, and any new doctrine coming today is most likely false. This is why I believe there can be no apostles today. Only pastors, prophets, teachers and evangelists. The apostles have laid the foundation for us like Paul said when he talked about the household of God in Ephesians, BUILT ON THE FOUNDATION OF THE APOSTLES... I would have provided verses to prove my point, but I don't have time to search them out now. |
Who else is waiting for Daddy Freeze to make him assistant GO of the Free Nation In Christ YouTube and Facebook Ministries 😂 |
Please the batch that just went to camp is Batch C1 right? Will there be C2 this year? Will they cancel Batch C2 because of the holidays and postpone everything to A1 next year? I just did the mobilization in my school. I filled one form like that, paid some money and they wrote my name in one book. As I've done that, will I be eligible to join the next batch? Thank you for the information. |
No loss pained me more than the loss to Argentina at the 2018 World Cup. My late bro cried that day. Like we had so much hope. We were like "Today would finally be the day we beat Messi at the World Cup." Then the second most painful loss was the AFCON 2019 Semi-finals to Algeria. That Mahrez freekick still haunts me to this day. In fact, as soon as they gave the direct free-kick minutes till the end of the game, everybody just had a bad feeling that it was the end. And the commentator "The Mind-blowing Mahrez..." Kai. Then the 2024 AFCON finals against Côte d'Ivoire. My guy was like "If Nigeria wins this match, the Naira will gain value. Boko Haram will go to extinction. Fuel price will come down." My mum, for the first time since the 2018 World Cup, decided to watch with us. And then we go useless. The worst part about all these losses is that Nigeria cannot just lose heavily, or make it very certain. They'd be giving you stupid hope, and then they'd concede at like last minute to break your heart.

Damn... I saw this on another forum 🥲

I don't know if you follow Cruise on YouTube and their split or steal program. See how it works in case you don't know about it... They'd bring a group of people who claim to need money and offer them money. The highest they have given is ₦1Million. Then they give them the chance to vote people out to reduce the amount of people they'd have to share the money with (in case they choose to share). And then finally, if there are only 2 left, they give them buttons to press to determine if they'd share, or one person take all, or they both go home with nothing (which happens when the two both choose to take all). I've noticed that EVERY SINGLE TIME the girls in the team would work together to eliminate all the men, and then share the money amongst themselves. The men have never worked together, and no man has won so far. There was even an episode (although this was a Jubilee episode, not Cruise), where the man made it to the finals with this lady, and after the lady and he agreed to share, she double-crossed him and stole everything for herself. He was too trusting. Why do you think this happens? Is it that men just trust women too much? |
justlaw:I actually plan on going abroad. Sha... I'll do the affidavit just in case. I hope it doesn't affect me during NYSC registrations. |
Kingju:I just finished my clearance this week and collected my certificate. I have finished since March but my department released the graduation list in mid-November. |
lonelydora:In other words I should do a new birth certificate with the new name arrangement? |
ejimatic:Like I said, I was 16 then and I thought it didn't matter. I didn't tell anybody because I thought it was not an issue. In my school, there's this certificate verification they do where you submit your original JAMB and SSCE results to the council for verification. My JAMB bears my middle name as my first name, while my SSCE is the normal first name, middle and surname arrangement. Since they did not flag it there, I didn't think it would matter. Like, they could have asked me to swear an affidavit, but they didn't. |
Hello! I could show you some examples of my work. Check me out at https://medium.com/@doctorvictory116 And my WhatsApp number is +2348064598957 |
WilsonBright935:Thank you. I plan to do my international passport next year, so I could just use the name arrangement on my university certificate from now on. |
2special:Please what can I do? |
Hello! Please I need advice. My name on my birth certificate and other documents is James Chika Johnson. James is my first name, Chika my second and Johnson my last name. When I was registering for the JAMB UTME exams, a mistake was made in the order of my name and Chika was my first name and James my middle. I was like 16 then, and I didn't think it would matter. Now, because JAMB would send the same name format to the schools during admission and all, I've been like that all these years. I just received my certificate yesterday, and it bears Chika as my first name and James as my last. My National ID card, Voters card and all other documents, including my SSCE results are James as my first and Chika as my last name. This has never been a problem for me. In fact, during our Certificate Verification at school, the council did not bring up any issue because my name in the school was Chika James Johnson, but on my SSCE certificate was James Chika Johnson. On the school notice board, there was a note that the Student would bear all responsibility for any error once they leave the issuing room if they don't point it out there. But this is not technically an error because I've been going through my university education with this name order. All my tests, exams, and registrations in school. Please will this affect me later? Like during NYSC registration or something? What can I do?

Could someone please explain the difference between defamation and libel? Does this fall into any of the two categories? |
drimzsmoke:Yes, the person that is not a doctor, but I saw two doctor lecturers, who paid to give some of their candidates special favours for their exams. |
Would you like us to talk on WhatsApp? |
ForumNL:I wouldn't have believed you, but I have personally seen this happen. I stumbled on a lecturer's phone text messages (I wouldn't tell you how), and I saw numerous texts and credit alerts from some of my faculty mates (I'm not in MBBS but I'm in Basic Medical Sciences) for their Part 1 MB exams. No jokes. |
Starcross360:How far bro? Did it work out for you? I received the same today. Interview tomorrow by 8AM. And I actually applied on Indeed. I just thought to google the people and |
I wrote French in GCE a few years back, and I had C6. I was wondering what level of proficiency it corresponds to on the CEFR scale. A1, A2, B1 or B2? |
Hello! I was wondering if there are scholarships to study medicine abroad that would consider the fact that you already have a BSc degree in either Anatomy or Physiology so you wouldn't start from the beginning. Thank you. |
