Nerc dont need an emotional intelligence test at this level, mostly emotional test is the first test to conduct before aptitude test, the essence of emotional test is to test the level of anger and stress, EI test is critical in some departments like customer service department but less important in the units such as engineering department, so what the need of emotional intelligence test when we were already through with the role base test, if it is all about trimming us they can still trim us without doing another test, from 10,000 applicant they can pick best 1000 for interview or certificates verification.

I don't think if there is another test again because the nerc/testme site has closed, interview is maybe the next stage and another thing is that we don't know the nerc mind so let keep our hope alive and continue praying.
