No brother. After I read AbaGuyMan's post, I asked around and heard that its regret mails that were sent out last week Friday. A few guys I asked both mech and chem received the regret mail while others I asked are yet to receive anything as well.

Am hoping rest of us yet to receive any mail are safe for good. But still wondering why regret mails would be sent to some and no success mail to the rest.

For guys that got invited for the "JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER" position, even when the position was not advertised, is it that you have an "oga at the top" that dropped your application and cv. And how did you get the info that they will roll out the invite alongside other positions? A friend of mine also got the invite but i still can't fathom how he was selected because he is not been opened on how he applied.. so i ask you guys, HOW DID U APPLY FOR THE JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER POSITION?

My best friend also got invited for same role too and i can assure you that it wasnt 'Oga at the top' influenced. However, he's presently in Paris undergoing a training with SLB and cant make it for the test unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how we choose to look at it.

I applied for GT but d test we wrote yesterday in Warri was called 'production test'. I guess its for those wit experience cos the first 20 questions were not funny at all especially for people like me wit no industry experience.
Seplat's recruitment is usually in 3 stages. those who pass the aptitude test and d oral interview will then be invited for the final and last stage which is the assessment centre.

How does one explain that now?

Any news from those that did their test yestday in warri and in lagos(as hinted by vinny101)? How did your tests go?

While we continue to pray that as many ppl as possble would be sent GT test invites, who knows if Seplat conducts a skills test, an Assessment centre or an interview as its 2nd stage in the recruitment.

Only God knows when that 2nd stage would be self.

U mentioned, albeit briefly, that some people were in their Lagos office today for assessment. Pls, was it for another GT test, or like an assesment centre for the expernced hire? Any ideas?

And I love your optimism by suggesting '50 people' max mght be recruited. If its 25 self, we should all go for 3 days thanksgiving.

Whatever the number, let's just keep faith alive and hope we make it.

i graduated within the last 24 months, but its amazing how my application is still under review. i have a classmate who has done his phone interview. well, like i mentioned about a week ago, its by Gods grace only. Graduate with whateva degree u like whenever you like, Gods grace trumps all of that. thanks folks.

@1st noble: wch of the recruitments are u sayin is not a scam. if its the HND/OND Total EnP recruitment, i think that has always been legit. the bne of contention was always if the totalcareers.com.ng recruitment is a scam, which i dont think is a scam either. i have no real basis for makin that conclusion but like davide470 mentioned, lets chill to see if invites come rolling in.
