Gosh I would have though the answer would be obvious.

1. Africans who migrate are usually of a more privileged background socio-economically - at least compared to much of the impoverished black community and many of their compatriots back home in Africa.

2. Africans do not have the same psychological wounds that African Americans have. Societies that have been subjected to deep racist abuse tend to harbor grievous psychological injuries such as can be seen with black South Africans.

3. Even the Africans who are not economically well heeled are coming to a new country with a different perspective: it is not their home and they are in flight from a certain worse state of affairs with a grind to ensure they survive.

Overall, the same history does not apply to both sets of people. The inherited economic circumstances are not the same.

Furthermore a person who has never lived in a society where his color is looked down on has a different level of confidence and an entirely different approach to breaking seeming ceilings.

Please i will urge you to try to apply at least a minimal level of thought before posting.
