Sure. We get 8 blank thick cards (to make sure what they are not transparent in any way), on one side we put the 4 card symbols (club, spade, diamond, heart). Each symbol will thus be on 2 cards each. Each symbol will be in a different colour, no colour is repeated. The cards placed upright on a table with the symbols facing a participant. The other blank side will face the telepath. With both participant and telepath seated, the telepath is to give the symbol and colour on each card in sequence from left to right. The participant is not to speak at any point during the demonstration but is to just look at the cards. For the demonstration to be successful the telepath is to have accurately described at least 5 of the symbols and colours in the correct sequence. This is to make sure the telepaths descriptions are better than a 50/50 chance.

I think this would show if the telepath has any telepathic ability. This would also work for a remote viewer, we just have the remote viewer looking at the blank side of the cards with no participant at the other side.

If psychics were that effective, then why was the cold war the greatest era of spies? Why are spies even still relevant today? Why are they developing even more sophisticated electronic spy systems? Why spend billions developing those things when you can spend a fraction of that and still maintain high quality intelligence?

Everything is to varying degrees. Even conventional espionage methods have varying degrees of success and failure.

Being an experiential thing, it cannot easily be demonstrated to a third party. Nothing stops you from saying anything demonstarted is simply made-up by the parties. However if one experiences them (as I do and as I have) one knows very well how real they are.

What good are the CIA and KGB psychics if they cannot be demonstrated right now? Besides can you tell me why those programs were shut down if they were providing useful data?

The results were very striking in many cases and at least one former US President testified as much, bless his recently departed soul. As to the programs being shut down, that remains controversial. Some say they were not really shut down but that that was simply what was given out to the public.

My friend, it is of course true that suffering has been long in Africa. However I am confused as to what you are trying to do. Are you attempting to deny that the policies of this administration heightened and tripled and magnified that suffering or what. The facts and stats are there. It can't be denied. It's an empirical fact with subsidy removal and the devaluation of the naira. If you want to argue that these measures are necessary, by all means do so, but to pretend that there has been no spike in cost of living in a distinct way which has caused greater hardship than heretofore was the case, is quite tiresome.
