For those who don't get what Peter Obi is proposing here, his policy is based on Nigeria's population (also population per state and size) and how far Nigerians have to travel within the country to access care. Some states may have 2 or 3 while some have zero.

Look at the models of US and India where many people travel to from Nigeria for cancer treatment:

India has 142 major cancer centres, research institutes and healthcare organizations.

US (Closer to Nigeria's population compared to India) has 74 NCI-designated cancer centres, including 58 Comprehensive cancer centers across 37 states. New York alone has 8.

Remind us how many Obi built when he was Anambra governor. Charity should have begun from home. Leadership shouldn't be by mouth but by precedence. Presidency is not by theory but practice. Talk is cheap unless you can show us your own built Cancer Centre. If you have never built any, kindly keep your mouth shut!

But it reflects in the amount of ongoing road constructions. Infrastructure development is highest during this period which is commensurate to the remittance. If funds are consistently poured into agriculture as govt is doing then food prices would come down.
