SportsRe: Youth Basketball Camp and Scholarship by Olumide Oyedeji by thefox(m): 4:39pm On Aug 09, 2005
i saw ur post on nairaland about the bball camp coming up in lagos.i have been coaching youth basketball for the last 10 years and to be truthful i am dissappointed at the attitude of those in authority.i have been sending boys to the camp for the last two yearsand i am sorry to say that i am not impressed at all.

please note that i respect the effort that is being made, its just that i feel that the right things are not being done.i wish i could have the opportunity of expressing my views on a larger sale.please check out my teams website at www.j-kinsbasketball.8m.com

BusinessRe: Can One Be 'Comfortable' Without Being Rich? by thefox(m): 7:48pm On Jul 17, 2005
i sincerly believe that one can be comfortable without being rich. comfort has nothing to do with riches. comfort is a state of mind in my humble view.i might be a 'poor' man but i can still be comfortable........i.e.....happy with myself and my condition.
i would like to ask a question here, how much money does one ned to have to be termed to be a 'rich' man?

RomanceRe: My Girlfriend Has been Unfaithful to Me by thefox(m): 9:59am On Jul 15, 2005
Heys guys, this is a really tricky issue. I feel your pain and all that but I must be very objective here: how reliable is this source of yours? How much do you trust [your] girl?

I am a sucker for love and I firmly believe that what will be will be. Man if you really love the girl, then confront her with your accusations, depending on how she reacts, then take appropriate actions.

Please be very careful in how you handle the situation, ok?

CrimeRe: Internet 419 by thefox(m): 7:22pm On Jul 14, 2005
i find this topic really interesting. in my own view i feel that it takes a really greedy 'target' to fall a victim of these scammers. if not, how can someone tell them that for a few thousand bucks they will be entittled to a couple of million bucks?
i have to say here that i have a hidden admiration for these scammers cos it is hard work convincing a man to part with his hard earned cash. pls note that i am not condonning the actions of these individuals, its just that i feel that they work hard for their money and if anyone is stupid enough to fall a victim....due to greed......then they deserve it

I coach youth basketball in my spare time. I have a team called 'J-Kings Basketball Club'. My question is, "why is youth basketball a distant second to football in this country when we have so many talented individuals?
