The only reason NDC is out of reach is because they were not focused on it and it just got registered last February after court cases from 2017


Even at that they have tried to find a crack to come ...one very silly fellow says ye will question the registration because it didn't follow due process and you wonder how it was possible for the court to grant the promoters their relief

Another one is questioning the status of the legal adviser even when the position cannot do anything against the legality of the life of the party.

NDC national convention is on Wednesday so they are doing everything to bring in their moles to run for offices in the party.




They never saw Obi joining the party so they overlooked it and the plan was to delay until the last minute so they can be caught unawares


The issue,right now, is how to get a hold on any of the state exco to be used to truncate the convention but it is already too late

NDC applied for registration in 2017 and was denied after complying with all requirements. The reason INEC gave for not registering the party was that it had similar logos with APC ..as at then , there was no party registered with INEC called APC....there was CPC, and ACN and the likes





this was what the court told INEC...how can you deny somebody who is qualified and applied for somebody who is yet to become a party .
