The law of the land supercedes any other law including that of the so called senate and the court asked them to stay execution on the lady's matter pending the determination of the suit yet the lawmakers went ahead to suspend her. You don't have to like the law but it must be obeyed.

You are still sueing him to court seeing that he disobeyed the initial order barring him from suspending the senator and nothing has happened to him.
