When people say Africa is rich, I just laugh. Africa is not blessed with resources, comparatively speaking. Our land is also the least fertile and our huge land mass has the fewest navigable rivers. I don't think there is any kind of examination that can stop this. He might have sudden heart issues while in the ring. I have seen a woman who went to a doctor with her legs for just routine medical checkup and while waiting for her driver to come take her home she slumped and died right there in the hospital. Some health issues just develop and bammm they have taken someone's life suddenly without warning.
