smallsmall: But let us be fair, this is a "Sothern Nigeria" problem, not just Lagos alone.
I was at Onitcha recently and saw similar thing happening at their Public Bus terminals. Local touts insisted l must pay them, before the Alabaru that carried my things to the Motor Park, could put them down. Another set now came, to ask for more money before they could be loaded into the Bus that was taking these things to another State. I was like, how can l pay you for dropping them down behind the boot of the Vehicle, and still pay you to put them in the Boot of the Vehicle? Small time now, na una still go dey should "double taxation" under Tinubu regime.
Same thing plays out in PH where "Deve" has taken a life of its own.. Yes its true m They learnt that ugly act from Lagos. Since it wasn't nipped in the bud and the leaders were only interested in using them to rig elections the plague was allowed to fester. Now it's becoming a national phenomenon. But I still maintain that if something drastic is not done about these boys the banditry and kidnapping we may soon start experiencing would be disastrous. We have acres n acres of unused land why cant the government set up these guys to work there grow our food and other products we can process and export? We don't have thinking leaders only idiots that are only concerned about which party would guarantee them reelection. In Israel the government set up farming settlements called kibbutzim where people farm. The government buys up what they produce and still pay them discounts and then goes ahead to export them to other countries earning foreign exchange. We can replicate that here and set these boys up to good use. |

Ukraine has allowed Europe to draw it into a needless war now they will certainly lose territory and also be denied NATO membership as it is. Never allow yourself to be used for a proxy war. Sleepy Joe has retired to his bed while Ukrainians are still dying in their thousands. |

The people love the demons ruling over them. They love the pervasive darkness these minions from hell have covered the nation with. You cannot save a people that love their chains. It just like the Bible said that they loved darkness and hated light because the works of their father's was darkness. Unfortunately the entire world has now seen us as a dysfunctional and disgraced country that we are. |

Have you seen their elections before at Oshodi or Obalemde Yea I wouldn't be surprised seeing their mentor Mc Oluomo rising to the level he did because of his loyalty to the man at the top. But they don't realize only less than one percent can make it that far. It's a failure of the society. A pity Many do not see the danger ahead with these boys roaming everywhere. |

They are only useful for grabbing, and running away with ballot boxes. By the time these boys will begin to pick up arms like those ones up north it ain't gonna be funny no more. With all the billions generated from Lagos state the government has failed to do anything about these boys. It has even become a generational thing but it would blow up in our faces soon. |

Tell our leaders to stop stashing away funds in foreign banks and seize such anywhere you find them then we will know you are serious about helping us. Rubbish.
