Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing growth strategies and plans to ensure customer reach and improve customer satisfaction. He/she also leads all business prospecting services including market research and analysis for product development.

Key responsibilities include:
 Develop and ensure implementation of company’s marketing strategy including campaigns, product promotion and awareness.
 Build and increase customer/client database and drive conversion of prospects to clients.
 Conduct adequate research on business opportunities, viable income streams and market analysis to identify new markets and customer needs.
 Prepare and manage sales presentations and sales meeting with clients and other stakeholders.
 Provide relevant and value-adding feedback to management including generating reports on successes and development areas.
 Provide after-sales support to customers as required.
 Follow industry trends locally and internationally and develop reports accordingly.

Required Skills & Experience:
 First degree in relevant discipline.
 A minimum of 5 years-experience in a similar role.
 High-level communication skills
 Proven ability to negotiate
 Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
 The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
 Experience working to and exceeding targets
 Passion for continual learning and improvement.
