I agree with the Op whole heartedly. Though I know deep down within me that politics, tribalism and religion will not allow Nigeria to achieve something like this, I still like this idea. However, it is not possible for us to develop these kind of things without the knowledge of the bullies, and they will kill it before it even starts.

For those criticising that we need to crawl before running, do not forget that there was actually a time in this world that Nigeria was either the highest producer of aluminum or second largest to Russia. There was actually a time we used to have relatively stable electricity. But now where are we? You see, it is not as if Nigeria lacks the know-how to do so many things, the problem has always been tied to poor leadership which is driven by politics, tribalism and religion.
