Buhari did a bad job restructuring the ministries. If he retained the ministry of Niger Delta, He should also have created the ministry of Biafra. Wailers would say

They said its because d East is marginalized but it's on record that even before PMB started his appointments, they had used d relocation of BH prisoners, ironically done during the govt of the fisherman, initiated and supported by Peter obi,as the basis of agitation.
When d govt intelligently ignored them, being also in d dark, they used d non appointment of an Ibo service chief, then other offices as another reason.
Now they say it's because of d imprisonment of Kanu;always finding any available reason to carry out d bidding of losers in d election.
I am certain that even if Kanu is released and massive fg presence is carried out in d SE,they wud still find reason to protest because d goal is to destabilize the PMB govt to make it fail.
My one grouse with the PMB govt is that it seems to still be blinded to the fact, which no one can convince me otherwise, that the upsurge in d activities of BH suicide bombings and IPOB are clearly being financed by politicians who lost out.
Until the govt exposes these financers that use these groups, I am afraid that it wud see d next phase of the IPOB menace:resort to violence and militancy if the puppeteers feel the PMB govt is turning the country around and continues to enjoy the support of Nigerians.
