You see I don't blame u people, it's the Igbo's I will blame because they like developing any where they find them self and if not for the selfish and Tribal interest of not decentralizing the counties social amenities and making all equally effective (E.g Seaport) I don't think the Igbo man will have any serious thing to do in Lagos as a state.
