It is not required. While I understand we all wouldn't want any issues with the airport officials, this question has been clarified over and over again here even with people that used the airline that covid 19 test or result is not required when flying with BA.

No. You do not need both.

Hello Guys, who watched the Channels TV news at 10pm tonight? It was announced that the Asaba International Airport is opened for operations after meeting the covid 19 guidelines and procedures.

This is really good news and I believe other international airports in other locations would follow soon.
