Since I became sexually active, my performance has been consistently high. Ejaculating while using a condom was challenging for me initially. However, in 2022, I experienced a sudden change. During an encounter with my girlfriend, I ejaculated within a few thrusts, which surprised both of us. This marked the onset of premature ejaculation.
